@ Talk2Much.
"""PDA OA - managers are being TOLD to use the information from these to challenge performance."""
Been happening for about 3 years on and off? A manager's prerogative to challenge staff. Can't be sacked for it though. Hence outdoor visuals. You do know what they are?
"""Vehicle telemetry - again, information from this to be used directly. We know who drove the van that had 6 speeding events on it last week but we never used it, now managers are being told to."""
Old news, again. This has been happening for years in my office. But previous mangers have "looked after" it.
""""Indoor performance - the business has tools that tell them how long a job should take indoors, and they're agreed with the CWU, but we were never allowed to use that to expect people to achieve that performance. Now the guidance is to display expected completion times for certain jobs and challenge those not achieving them.""""
I think these are called P40 checks, and a workplace coach should be doing these on a regular basis. These have been in place for all the time i've been employed. Old news again.
Revisions? I agree there. It's happening, regardless. The effects on the recipient? Somebody mentioned the other day about hospital appointments, birthday cards etc. It clearly doesn't matter to RM.
"""They're even pressing on with a "frameless office" concept that,"""
Bench merging. It didn't work before, and it won't now. What happens if the CSS machines don't run?
And the £750M is group profit. Surely the group profit will be impacted by the losses incurred by RM. So, group profit will be down. But last year's profit was still used to pay dividends and share buyback, despite the knowledge of the covid kit contract loss.
Desperate measures from a desperate CEO.
