My guess is about 3 months max. It states in the RNS that they will hold the egm in June for the chsnge in strategy, and they would need to hold another for the RTO, so I assume if everything goes smoothly it should be back by mid to end july. However having said this we still have the 3 from the old bod who never let anything run smoothly- lets hope they see some sense and realise its end for them with this company and exit with a view to finding another life style pyramid scheme.

The RNS did state rto was subject to a detailed due diligence and there would be a second EGM to sanction the rto. so it could be that something doesn't add up and we could move away from this company or renegotiate revised terms. Its open ended asI see it, the next RNS's and the notice will illuminate further, lets see how this story unfolds and hope its not too long before the penultimate chapter is revealed.

Its good tactics to tie in the new business and also use some the money laying in the bank to be earning some interest, its not being lent to individual directors of the company like the previous bunch.

I think he said he turns away 99% of businesses he offered, I am further reassured by his honesty and commitment to the long suffering shareholders and his reputation for only good as the last transaction, so he has seen something in this business (Sofa) that he feels with the right kind of capitalisation and management can be a winner.

I was initially disappointed but having reread the RNS I am a bit optimistic, It would be interesting as to how the resolutions are worded at the proposed EGM in June, my feeling is that this is a first stab at getting shareholder approval for moving away from oil and gas and also to show the old BOD their particular "expertise" or Set of skills (bs) is no longer suited to the future direction of the company. I believe reading between the lines there is a struggle going on between the old BOD who want to continue to draw salaries by remaining in the oil and gas sector, hence the reference to Belize. interesting next few weeks. For my part I will back the change of direction proposals, but i believe there is some time before a clearer picture emerges as to where this company is heading.

Cash as I seemed to remember you weren't happy about a year ago , you weren't happy about 9months ago , and the last 3months and you have always implied negativity about the new BOD members, if you are a genuine holder you had opportunity to sell out. You are ofcourse one of the old BoD as you stated you attended the EGM last year, and Ben subsequently confirmed that there was no one apart from him, the BOD and Nomad. Now you come on to rubbish a new proposal that we've been waiting for and its been painfully slow because the old BOD are reluctant to make any progress, obviously you'd be happy for the to keep on drawing salary and fees for doing FA. I am sure in due course AR will justy the valuation and the prospects for the business, until then i have confidence that his judgement is sound.

your absolutely right Seismic, Although still hold a few in Premaitha(NIPT) and keep a eye on their rns's don't really know what became of QRI. Certainly made suckers out of a lot of us investors with their b----hit about NASA technology. Just goes to show AR will deal with the old BoD one way or another when he showed no sentiment even with his old man.

Agree with you Sheps, they don't deserve anything, speghetti full of leeches they are, but in order to get rid of them quickly if thats what they want to do let them do or prove up at their own costs.Thats the way AR operates , from what I can remember from Vialogy(RTO'd into Premaitha), He let one of the directors form a separate company from the IP of viaology and run withit in order to remove him from new premaitha.

Adam is probably working on disposing Belize assets to Sztyk and Poliakoff as a hive off to run and make something of it together with all the liabilities. Thats What he has done at FRI got rid if the oil/gas assets to the former chief executive to make a clean shell. Wouldn't surprise me if we don't follow a similar path here, and FRI's spread has reacted positively. Go Adam kick off the time wasters give them the bone to prove their mettle if they are so intent in remaining in the O&G sector.

Well said Yosh agree 100%, If it wasn't for their valiant efforts the old BoD would have frittered away all the money raised and would probably be carrying out another placing by now.There are a lot of moaners very few have the guts and determination to stick to what they believe in. I had my doubts initially about Ben wether he'd stick this long, especially as I had a feeling the old BoD would drag it out as much as possible, and peoples including Bens patience would be severely tested, but to his credit he stayed the course and continues with NWOG- Good on you Ben and Gary and others in the background, there are many here who appreciate your efforts and thankyou.

Sorry last remark was crude-not my style. OK how you suggest we move in replacing them, and what is the point your trying to make. what actions do you suggest can improve the situation. What is your beef!

Cash what point you are you trying to make, obviously your not impressed with the old BoD, NWOG have tried and to some degree have succeded in renewing the BoD and take it in a different direction. What is your issue with your snidey remarks you want the company to slip back into the hands of the old BoD. You would obviously be happy with people not doing, sit on their arses and just moan on bb when their investments fritter away. come up with some positive suggestion action of your own or clear off.

If I could clarify-They don't want any new members of NWOG- the one appearing on the TR today are existing members of NWOG and there are still further more if needed their hoding can be brought forward, but not needed at this time. Certain restrictions are put on those who appear on the TR1, therefore only those required or are able to adhere to the discipline and provide the proof are taking part. There will be some from the NWOG for a variety of reasons are not able to participate at the moment but maybe and if required can forward later. I think it is really important to understand that there is more than enough support within current NWOG to support Adam in the direction new direction. I am curious about Cashking he never misses an opportunity to plant seeds of doubt at any positive move, yet he's been on this bb since last summer at least and he's told porkies about being at the EGM, when it was proven by Ben that there was no one else there apart from himself and the BOD and brokers. Surely if he's an investor who doesn't believe in new becoming good he would have sold out by now. I think he's one of the Styzks.
