Completely agree no need for any kind of abuse. But the Bod need to realise and it is part of their duty, being a publicly listed company they will draw in all sorts of characters and they need to manage and clarify their expectations to investors. There is an equally compelling case one could put to the bod, to look themselves in the mirror and see had the investors promised them their salaries year after year and then not paid them at the end how would they react to investors. Whilst I completely agree there should be no abuse of any sort, the bod need to recognise there is widespread anger (whether it is warranted-is another debate) and they need to address this, some call this PR, others communicating with shareholders and valuing them and sometimes listening to their concerns etc. etc.

Agree with that Goodshare, I also think after today we will see some news flow as to how the new bod is going to develop the company.

Is there a expectation of an RNS post 4pm regarding how many of the 15m or so entitlement shares have been taken up?

Notice last years prelims were on 13th June, but if the bod say mid-May then they need to explain why this has been missed.

No one is stopping them from doing their job, which should include taking the owners of the company into confidence and keeping them informed.

No doubt the bod are a bunch of arrogant so and so's, but you have to look at the optimistic side of human nature, they could realise the error of their ways.

I initially came in with a small punt for a short term in and out, but having done some research I am going to stick around some time and if it falls further may top up. There are approx �9m of outstanding conversion notes outstanding and if they were converted at or around current price's it would amount to another 30-35m shares, and the rate at which the company is growing and revenues being generated, this will grow exponentially, would welcome a little retrace over the next few weeks, when can release funds from elsewhere to bring here.

Could someone shed some light on the cash position of the company and cash burn rate, thanks.
