On Tarquin, I was highlighting the irony that the guy seems to be averse to communications, where as that is the field he has been selected to advise the company on.

If the Bod comply with Mr. Jennings questions (cutting their pay to max. of £60k, buy in shares in significant amounts from the market and have a comprehensive financial plan to get at least one drug into commercial partnership) then I am sure many shareholders will support them at the EGM to raise the ceiling.

you can't start many businesses without debt, especially large infrastructure one's like MPL, significant capital expenditure has been spent, which will start to reduce and income will start to increase, and yet there may still be many hiccups on the way, but the direction business is turning is positive, thats how people invest forward wise. once revenues start coming in the sp. ain't going to be here and I think you know it.

Any major infrastructure is going to take time and there will be delays, and this lot aren't brilliant, but give them some credit that they are about to achieve their 1st revenues and capital expenditure will start to reduce, I suppose this or next week they will produce their results and they may have been awaiting the customs clearance, not an easy task in a beauracratic fortress such as India.
