TBB from your vast experience and high wisdom can you advise me why the bod have not shown any intent in purchasing shares in the company, even as a gesture to show some sort of empathy with their shareholders, or take up any options.
I am sure in your high fluted business world in which you interview and contract executive's there are such things as business plans and amongst these business plans are objectives to raise financing at the most opportune times. Would say that VAL bod have clearly defined objectives to commerciality with clearly defined financials arrangements? if so could you also enlighten me why since December this year we had I think 2 placings one at 4.25p and one at 2.20p, would it not have been wiser to do it in one go at 4.25p or perhaps taken a rights issue approach which would have involved shareholders and not bucket shops and the share price would've been more stable, or perhaps they should've done when the share price was in the 50p range, had they had a comprehensive business plan?
