Whether it does price wise or not, it would be good to have the JORC completed and reported, most long term investors would prefer a steady progression of the project. The share price will take care of itself eventually when the market realises the value.

Legal- the problem with your wish is we don't know when market conditions will right for the news to impact- with the orange felon and his mood swings they can continually become worse. The company needs to make progress and as it delivers it needs to report that. Managements role is to deliver the project in a timely manner and report accordingly to shareholders, not wait until right time to allow traders to maximise their profits.

Stocks concur with you assessment of the rns, I too will be voting for these resolutions-I sincerely hope the board accepts acts on the substance of these resolutions urgently without having to organise a gem.
