That perhaps is the issue, building up the trust- if you say you are going to report on your negotiations or whatever then you need to do that and not let it drift forever. If you haven't been successful then say so. that would be seen as a positive by investors.
TM1 will issue 921,544,596 new ordinary shares to owners of Recyclus shares and the value of each consideration share for this purpose is to be 4.32p. No stipulation regarding income generation as far as I can see.
Interesting Also in the 1st Dec. Rns regarding 1st lead acid batteries recycled at Tipton they said "Recyclus is in Discussion with several potential buyers for the recycled material and the company will update the market" on those discussions.
I can't find any subsequent rns on this- does anyone know if the market was updated on the sale of the lead acid recycled materials?
I don't know what their communications strategy is, but they need to be clear- the first part of the rns is contradicted by Brundles' comment- no one is sure whether commissioning is taking place or when it will take place- market does not like uncertainty. They need to clarify this as soon as possible. Use Twitter if necessary.
The 'shortly' comment by Brundle has confused the market, it was not required, either we are starting commissioning today, this week, or next week. Starting commissioning shortly is old news known by the market for months.

There is information and hint, if you look at posts from last night.
There are only 36m shares in issue, so doing 200% should not be difficult- especially only a few weeks back this was 34p.
