BP- I too am top heavy with PXC in my portfolia, as result of averaging down, fortunately couple of other in my portfolio are doing very well and cover my losses here, funnily enough I sold a portion of those to average down here! what a mug.

Regarding ExGen I think you a most likely on the right tracks. I must admit i didn't pick this up earlier in my research. The fact Jason Riley CEO of ExGen sits as a non-exec. on our board and the other non-exec Cath Evans is very lightweight, decisions are likely to be skewed towards the favour of ExGen.

Ending on a positive note lets hope the Nomad is checking through an rns saying the funds have been released.

BP- I am long term prisoner of PXC. I got suckered in when they submitted for the environmental permit about four years ago (which still needs to be re-submitted), Although I took the opportunity averaging down when they announced the LOI with this mystery investor.

Lets hope all shareholders they have made progress.

This does move quick both up and down, because of the relatively low number of shares in public hands.

Lets hope the mystery investor has a pity on us, and de-mystifies the shambolic bod.

Cyber- agree absolutely, was about to ask if anyone is keeping tabs on the warrant balance.

Agree 100% with Trek, most incompetent performance by the BoD, particularly the finance director who should've been retired, however, looking to the positive side (know clutching at straws) perhaps this is the bit where the bond investor releases funds and puts his own director in takes control of the board and develops a proper strategy to develop the assets, and we the investors maybe able to feed of the scraps.

It was mentioned in the IP that our bond investor had recently completed a investment in the last few weeks and it was covered in the media, can anyone know or guess the subject of this transaction.

It would give credibility to their confidence in this bond investment if the board bought shares from the market at these levels.

I sincerely hope that I am wrong, there is still a few hours left for them to pull a streak of positive angle on this debacle.

Definitely something stirring, brought the bid down 4.20p and then very quickly pushed it to 4.50p. I think we may begun to receive assay results.
