Agree BP, this is the question all genuine shareholders should be asking of the BoD. This was slated to be completed back in July the latest.

If as mentioned by everyone all the factors are in our favour, why can't we cross the line? The only factor I can think that is holding us back is the BoD, perhaps they need to own up to the fact they are unable to take the company ahead and get somebody who can.

Multiplier -agree the present environment is brilliant for PXC assets, but the question remains why are potential funders repelled as soon as they enter due diligence. BoD need to explain why they get so close but not able to complete the financing.

Velcro- I concur with that line of thought, also whether Cohen & co are market testing new valuation in light of recent events.

Tinge of blue indicates perhaps the selling pressure has eased off.

Very much appreciated.Looks as though transparency is not a strong factor in devising funding instruments. Seb Marr has sold or reduced his holding below 3%, this should have been rns'd as TR1. They ignore their own rules!

BP- thanks for that comprehensive explanation of the warrants, I must admit my puny brain still cannot comprehend the full implications of this in practical terms. Does it mean that it would be in the interests of the warrant holders to drive the price down as low as possible if they felt the news was close to completion of funding?

I am also inclined to agree with Andrew4444 view that either through active collusion or sheer incompetence of the BoD, the current shareholders are unlikely to benefit to any meaningful extent of the potential of the assets of PXC. Someone will snap this up for peanut shells.

One begins to wander, whether the purported mystery investor exists. Surely should have done all his due diligence by now.

When there is massive profits to be made, you overcome any silly little obstacles or conventions and find a way.

BP- yes stand to be corrected on that detail- sorry was ignorant of that distinction between classification of warrants.

I think this a realistic near to medium term target (£2)- once the SPAC is listed there will be a increased visibility in the market in US and the rare earth sentiment together with all rns's due should provide an explosion of sentiment.

BP- exactly my interpretation also, like Schroedingers cat both exercised not exercised at the same time for us outside observers.

where i differ from you is that the share price should increase for them to be exercised- the conversion price is 4p plus I think!

What's the point of block listing 6m warrants? why not rns at the time they are converted?

BP- thanks between the 3 of us we have 1.23% of the company.

Andrew- started buying in the 50's averaged down, sold in the 20's and teens, then bought in the 2.7's 3's 4's. a gamble but if they pull off funding astronomical upside. Yes a big if.

How many people here with 1m plus shares. I've got just over 1.5m. Outstretched on this in my portfolio. Just managing to breakeven at the moment.
