Thanks Toz, thats what I was assuming, but it's worded in a very convoluted manner, why not just say they will publish the report in July as required by the research protocol, you can easily mistake it that 2 years begin from July. very odd indeed.

non of the critique of the Bod has disappeared- yes a slight positive move, but they need to respond to all the issues raised by the chap from Align, I like all the rest of shareholders own the company and have supported it at various stages and reserve the right to criticise and support as warranted- take great exception to people telling me and others like me who have been through thick and thin to sell off. There is a long way to go until the company pays off that trust.

That was extremely generous of our bod to convert £100k into the BST stock @ 17p, when the price was hovering @ 13-14p. Why do this- know it isn't your money but thought they would have some scruples apparently not.

I don't see it as negative publicity, on the contrary it is positive, issues have been put to them to address. It is up-to them to address these issues in a positive manner. I think that is a brilliant letter by Align which asks all the relevant and pertinent questions that any investor in a company should be asking- we do employ the bod after and they should answer these questions and new investors can take from that, wether its positive or negative, they have an opportunity to put a positive case by answering/ responding to what is being put in front of them in an open transparent manner.

The science is done and dusted, most of any new work is contracted out. It's the commercialisation skills that are required now. Morris and Satu should be taking back seats with considerably reduced fees.

Badshah, those people mentioning 2months do they know this for a fact- no I didn't think so. It could be 2months, could be two years could be 2 centuries, the bod have never committed to any time lines they have always teased people along.

As far as the bods are concerned they have been in closed period for 14 years- the discussions on commercialisation didn't start in December they've been going for years, they wee suppose to make a major step forward after the year end after the data for 401 had been published- six months onwards nothing other than 2 dilutions.

So Tarquin is basically saying they have happily spent shareholders money by appearing at these events but do not wish to publish it because it may catch a wider audience- what! and he is our PR guru.

If a sell not unexpected from the recent 47m placings, still a decent profit.

For those in the know, am I right in assuming that all the software development has been done (capital expenditure) and it is just the running costs currently(bod salaries/sales) and the next important milestone is gaining a critical mass of contracts to have positive cash flow, if so, is there enough cash left to last until this point.

Sorry I don't get this about potential personal attacks deterring them from publishing a public presentation or other shareholder communication- the excuses just get bizarre- I don't recall all of M16 being deployed in Edinburgh last Thursday.
