If you type val in the search button on the top left hand side just underneath the home tag, the the first page on lse shows that shares in issue are 454.96 million. It's just that the fundamentals page is not upto date. I reckon about 12 million have been flipped since the announcement and a quite a few were probably flipped before then.

Perhaps the current bod lack the acumen to take the portfolio to the next stage. the company has had the 401 results since December and they have been planning the next stages and choosing the right partnerships or paths and here we are 5 moths later no decision or pathway has been taken.

Don't matter with YA now they are a insignificant in scheme of things if they hold any- the downward pressure is caused by the new 47m shares, depending how they are going to be churned and at what rate until some significant news is released.
