BB- thats a load of tosh, if you vote down 6&7, it just means they will need to come with a worked out plan saying how much they need to raise and for what purpose and then call a EGM to sanction the specific number of shares. At the moment with those 2 resolutions they are asking for a blank cheque to do as they please in the next 12months and then come back next year again to double the shares in issue. I think they have already scared off people into getting these resolutions passed- thats their big stick to scare us PI's- why do they need to increase the headroom to 100%, especilly as they've just increased the headroom in December to offer confetti to YA. They need to have proper financial discipline and need to justify at each occasion to the shareholders.

I maybe wrong but I think they already have votes in for resolutions 6&7 granting them to increase the ceiling, unfortunately PI's are always blackmailed into submitting into playing along with the bods requests, we had countless opportunities into calling their bluff but always have backed down- thats why they are arrogant and treat us with disdain.

I'm sure they have been talking behind the scenes each believing their own QC advice- Scc thought because they wouldn't respond positively to OGA consultation would force Angus to submit retrospective application for the sidetrack- but it appears that OGA have cleared that hurdle but put in an extra one for exporting from onsite generation, to keep both sides happy such that Angus need to apply for regularisation- it is a good outcome although it delays the production a bit. As I recall you went into Alba and this impacts more adversely on that than the other two- I've reduced mine in Dor and put them into ANGS- much better management and in control by being the operators. Should be interesting few months.

Captain- not often I disagree with you but on this occasion the Angus had to go through in this way- had they succumbed to none official requests they would have opened themselves to quite a few can of worms. remember we have Permission for a few wells at Brock- planners cannot agree or guaranty anything once its in the hands of politicians it can and does become very, each and every member have their own peculiar agendas and egos. Having established that they have permission (through OGA) they can beseen that they formalising the proceedings and co-operating with SCC. If Scc don't play ball, they can go on to produce and any subsequent enforcement or delaying tactics can be seen in a different light by the planning inspectorate and a judge (in case it goes to judicial review).

Could the disparity between the sp on ASX and NEX have something to do with the exchange rate? if not DL and his team need to have a word with NEX to better align the prices.

Thanks for the reply- I bought them today so no divis for me then. will hold for the future and try and top up on any dips- looks a good solid company- the mexico side of the business looks promising, very large and growing market especially in the micr-business lending arena.
