We were suspended in order to evaluate the rto into Big sofa, they need to announce the details of the rto and hold EGM before suspension could be lifted, or alternatively state that the rto is not going to proceed. I would have expected a more detailed rns with regard to some sort of indication and timetable, they need to force the pace a bit now, the excuse of the old bod holding them back is no longer there. the dd was started back in Feb.

It looks like they have corrected the constituents of the two committees to AR and NL, good to see they are on the ball. Any one with any inkling of the next moves, they should be close to finishing of the due diligence!

Just had a look at NEW's website, it was updated on the 14th July 2016 and the 3 infamous BOD members have been removed, they are still named on the Renumeration and Audit committees, whilst these committees are chaired by NL and AR respectively. Does any one know why Polakoff and Einchcomb should still be part of these committees when they apparently have resigned from the BoD. The contact tab has also been removed from the website.

Bought 1.4m today see how it fares in the next few months, I think it may still drift down to the placing price and will not take off until next year when the CE mark is achieved.

The 21 days that the BoD gave themselves will be up next Tuesday, does this mean that if the darstedly three are not able to organise EGM, then NWOG will be able to call one.

GB, you sound like a lawyer and like confusing us mortals, just say in plain english what you are saying, when is the earliest we can have the EGM to replace these leeches, taking into account that a requisition has been instigated on the 22nd of June.

I would've thought they would have nothing to do until the result of EGM is known. This should be a simple task for the Company Secretary to organise the EGM- there should be absolutely no inteference from the named parties, and Lees and Reynolds should see to that.

G thanks for the reply, Barlo your wrong about P. Sztyk , he didn't jump before being pushed he saw the votes come in and realised wasn't going to be re-elected and withdrew at the last minute to salvage his cv , rumours abound that he is still there kept by Einchcomb et al.

Am I correct in assuming that they have until 13th July to organise EGM (21 days from 22nd June) and then at least another 21 days notice for the actual EGM, whats the process can some one enlighten. Also presumably they paid out of their own pockets for whatever legal advice they took, from the companies point of there was no need to take advice. The requirement of 10% shares registered on the register is well known and also I seem to remember they took similar advice last year as well, not acting prudently in the interests of the company and its shareholders again.

Thats the reason why the old bod must be told to move on, the longer they cling on the more damage they will do.

Whilst I concur with you W1LLM, I am conscious that nothing is in the bag yet, every shareholder should be ready when the opportunity is given to vote out the despicable trio. Lets have a resounding 99% vote against each of the trio. It'll be good to make a statement in general to these kind of characters running shoddy companies and fleecing shareholders to let them know they can't continue to get away, times are changing. So all the genuine shareholders when the opportunity come please make your holding count by voting.

Echo Willm message, Its important if you have any holding in NEW, now is the opportunity to make it count. No point moaning afterwards. Let the BOD know (both old and new) that we won't be taken for a ride- shareholder interest needs to be at the top of any deal and the company going forward. Join NWOG.

If your shares are held in an ISA then they in a nominees account, therefore you would need to inform your broker as to how to vote on your behalf, each broker has a slightly different way of doing this. you would need to contact them.

Guys don't waste your energy bickering among ourselves, Its in all our interests to stand united as investors to show the bod old and new that us PI's will not be fobbed off easily. There is a platform established (NWOG) please pledge your support to it. We need a independent shareholder presence to look after interests and not place blind trust in any of the current bod.

I'll go for NEW BIG WORLD, conjures both aspiration and possibilities for the disruptive technology- got to seek attention from the wider investing community just to raise their curiosity to look into it!

Once the RTO completes, the company would would transform into a new entity and would require a new name and image, I suggest that the Big Sofa is not the right name nor does it provide the cutting edge image of the company, although I'm not that familiar with activity of the new business, I'll kick of with a suggestion for a new name- NEW IMAGE MARKET. If other people want to put their suggestions to keep the bb busy until something material happens.
