Q was there any mention of the rto time table and when the suspension will be lifted?

Agree this is a bit confusing, has left it a bit too late to argue his case and many have already voted.

I believe he is and has been part of the NWOG action group, his reading of the Old BoD has been correct and in my opinion so far he has a slightly more critical view of the new BoD than Ben. He needs to set out his case and it could be a good thing if an independent director gets in there to look after the interests of the current shareholders in NEW. It really depends on his agenda, which he needs to set out pretty damn quick.

Stan, thanks for those re-assuring words and I hope you are right. However, we should stop trying to play the performance of the old BoD, we got rid of them at a great deal of cost, with not an inkling of help from NL and AR and these two have been on the BoD for almost 11 months, I expect them to set a much higher bar both in terms of speed and transparency which at the momement is not being demonstrated- but hopefully we will see in the next few days- but there is something about NEW, that things are never as they seem there is always a twist at the last minute- one thing I've learn't in investing in general and particularly with this company is you have to be on your guard and never to be complacent- it is in my particular case not being negative but alert.

I don't think the issue is delisting, its more a case of what the details show about Big Sofa and how late the revelation is and if the present owners of NEW can be persuaded to back the rto, or we're left with a choice of starting afresh, with only half the cash or there abouts. The sooner they publish the rto details and their valuation of BS the better, hope they do it concurrently with the AGM.

AR and NL need to show their hand as to what is going on with the rto. AGM is just a formality, we need to have the details for Big Sofa fairly quickly.

good valid points there Barlo, not sure where you coming from, but with these points I'd have to agree. So far these two don't seem to be reciprocating the sacrifices of NWOG members, lets see how it plays from here on. People need to keep a close eye on these two as move into the final few steps.

Thanks for the reply, its your prerogative, intriguing never-the-less, like doing a crossword with no clues.Any one any idea when the RTO and the EGM will be announced, will they get the AGM out of the way then another possible 21 days, surely they have completed the due diligence? speed the process up a bit!

It would be interesting if you could share your hunch, to occupy our minds until real news starts.

BS being a private co. are they required to publish their accounts in the public domain?

Yoshie, also agree it is a dilemma, we were a bit too trusting of NL and AR, quite rightly the focus was on removing the old BoD, on hidsight we should have placed some one from the shareholders side, but what is done is done, just want to show my feelings to NL by voting against his re-election that some of us have seen through his gutless performance. Here's to hoping we might get some modicum of morality and they recognise the efforts of shareholders (NWOG) and have a decent rto valuation, and screw us again. I don't see why they haven't combined the AGM and EGM together and save some moneyand time!

Yes Yosh, shouldn't Nick and Adam have checked and spoken to the company secretary much earlier, rather than relying on the old chums. They have been on the BoD for near 10months. Sorry not happy with their performance, it seems we the shareholders have made all the sacrifices and they haven't done their job at the level expected, they could also call the EGM at the same time and open up with the valuation of BS, so we can vote with our eyes open, trust is lacking with NL particularly as he didn't take the lead in using his holding to get rid of old BoD. They've proved to be spineless and for that reason I shall cast votes against NL re-election, wether it has any effect or not, just a matter of principle.

I'm doing likewise to you Barlo, not impressed at all with his performance. expected a lot more but not delivered so far.

Probably another 4to 6 weeks, should really get on, at least communicate with investors as to what the progress is and a timetable.

I was wandering once they announce the details of the rto and call an EGM, would we come out of suspension immediately or would we need to await the outcome of the EGM. Should really have some sort of announcement this week.

They need to get on a bit, were in the middle of August, the Old obstacles have been removed, surely the DD is done by now, come on Mr. Lee and Reynolds show some urgency. Need 21 days for EGM so we are already in Sept for rto if everything goes smoothly.

some big selling going on in chunks 25m at a time. Any one any thoughts on this who or why?
