A burgeoning management structure full of duplicates - a BoD of 6 and Sen Man of 7 - for a small Oil Co which has gone nowhere over the past 4 yrs, producing in 'silent running' mode - with nothing to report re fantasy development plans, and obeying orders from a dubious customer retailing our produce in a cloud of doubtful legality. How complex a team does one need to "manage" such an outfit. Eagerly awaiting news of your Revised Incentives Scheme then Jon.

Phew - just got him in in time to be included in the new revision (long overdue and we trust its being revised upwards) to the Management Incentive Scheme. What in God's name are they all doing all day ?
