Should be producing like there’s no tomorrow - and making billions for our shareholders while PoO is over $100.

We seem to have several financial superstars on our BoD …. when one considers their fabulous salaries, share options, bonuses, retention schemes thrown at them by BP,…..AND their multiple directorates offering comparable incentives in other similar sized World Companies - these are outstanding and substantially wealthy (and presumably highly qualified, experienced and knowledgeable in all facets of International finance, politics, and energy related operations).

I await to be ssssssoooo impressed by the share performance and financial results with such exceptional persons working for us……….

As I said - fabulous salaries and spectacular bonuses for achieving …….well, nothing of late.

Mystery remains (for external auditors to investigate):

Identify whom - amongst the disillusioned and surely disappointed shareholders - is condoning these unwarranted and patently undeserved - awards annually ?

Why would they leave this dripping roast ?

Spectacular salaries for running a tiny oil company (in absentia)……counting the days while basking in the sun - until the next plethora of awards and bonuses are due to pour into their accounts………

This empty husk of a little company is overdue to be seriously audited by external professionals.

Takeover :

We shareholders are acutely embarassed - we don’t suffer this level of turmoil in professionally managed IOCs like EXXON and SHELL……

Please take pity and buy us up.

Meg & Co must take great care when selecting his replacement…….she will have plenty of seasoned ex-coleagues worldwide to recommend.

BP must be seen as selectively incompetent.

Well that’s Good News !

Our harrassed BoD have had a relaxing break surely… to justify their 6 and 7 digit bonuses for our benefit.

No drilling, no production, no field developments, no plant upgrades surely……

Wonder if any of them have even ventured into Kurdistan recently ?

Oh, if only we were producing something to benefit from these heightening oil prices.

BIG question is however - will our lack of activity and production affect the hallowed bonus, staff retention and productivity bonus streams ???

I dare to predict a resounding NO !

Our BoD probably too busy scheduling their highly profitable Remunerations Committee meetings to market that we have an ostensibly desirable little oil exploration and production company with a time limited production license, sitting on easliy accessible h-c’s, tied into a relatively safe pipeline - terminating in a relatively safe Med export terminal, delivering heavy crude to eager buyers…….and they appear focussed on just slipping along, day to day, avoiding conflict and excess efforts……nice work if you an get off with it.

About time they started to earn these 6-figure+ self-awards and bonuses…..

(Mystery remains as to whom - among our bedraggeled shareholders - actually approved them).

Seems like No-one really knows who is running the Country of Iran as there must be a group of decent, informed, rational politicians cowering in the background from the maniac National Guard killers - masquerading under the guise of religion.
