The rapidly augmenting cash at bank must be burning a hole in the BoD. Anyone know if they bother to turn up each morning ? Stable production and a PoO $70 over cost of production means not a lot needs to be done. Trust they are putting all efforts into marketting us to someone who knows how to grow an oil company.

Anyone notice that the Baghdad balott box store went up in flames Sunday (just prior to the May election recount). Back to square one then. This should effectively put the stops on any oil related decisions in the near future. What a bunch of we are mixed in with.

I think we will all go down in history for being daft enough to be involved in this travesty of an oil CompanyTaffy. Buy-out (at a fair price) is our only salvation. I wonder if there are any serious IOCs taking a look at us - presumeably they will only be entertained if the climate is profitable for the BoD/MNR/Presidenti & Leading Kurd Famillies ? AGM anyone ?

I really don't know which way this will turn: does High Risk = High Reward.

And we must not forget: J & S awarded themselves a timely windfall WITHOUT achieving any of the Company Objectives (as set out in the conditions of the VCP award). Whatever: no-one cares, no-one questions, no-one challenges. When/Where is the AGM anyone ??

Tadd did himself proud pumping the OiP, his salary, expenses & shares value before exiting stage left on his Lucky Strike that is Shaikan. Next in line were the Bar-z & MNR hierarchy ...... Transport scams, mate masquerading as Strategy genius on ludicrous wage & bonuses just to keep an eye on the new Jon to make sure he obeyed the rules, diverted production, kickbacks from Turkey for illegal sale of Iraqi oil, MNR running up that $600M uncontested debt (one wonders why the bond holders allowed it ? well their turn was still to come). The brave Peshmerga saw nought of that debt money, I bet. Bond holders were then handed the company and its potentially fabulous upside on a plate (unpaid debt was the lever) now the first of them has sold off their 10% of GKP at a 100% mark-up. The bonds should off course have demanded our Jon to go after the debtors to recover their paper losses ( but this strategic game is potentially way more lucrative for all players in the long run - are a large portion of the bonders & the MNR/Rulers one of the same persons) ? BoD needed an incentive to be seen to legally 'sign off on the sign over' ....... and the first payoff is the phase we are now in (the perfect timing of this recent pump maximised the ludicrous VCR scam returns to J & S). Rinse & Repeat for next year's VCR - it's that easy. Plenty more heists to come I fear - all the BoD need to do is continue to do nothing (and say nought). All perfectly legal and uncontested by the minority holders.

Phew - well timed boys: At least we can all be thankfull that Jon & Sami got their �Million VCP bonuses (for NOT achieving ANY of the bonus triggering Company's Strategic Plans) locked in before this latest slaughter. It's a bit reminiscent of the timings around them backing the handing over of the company to the Bond holders, and our 100:1 dilution ...... the follow-up was the (new) majority shareholders approving the BoD's drummed-up VCP (which we have to assume was as a reward for signing over the company). Is it just me - or does anyone else smell rats around here ?

Taconic have bailed out when we are told that Good News re Pipeline, Political stability, PSC, production investments..... are said to be pending ? Today's early collapse in the SP is perhaps a clue that even more bad news is on the way ??

Re-reading the terms of the 2016 GKP Value Creation Plan - which was recently brought into operation at a cost to us GKP of c.�3M, It states: The VCP provides: * an incentive that solely rewards the outputs of the successful implementation of the Company�s strategy through Total Shareholder Return. Since none of the Company's stated Strategies have in fact been implemented by the BoD to date, (such as actions to increase production, spud new wells, connect-in the pipeline spur, re-negatioate the PSC, recover debt from the MNR.....) the rise in SP triggering the recent handouts are not attributable to anything remotely connected to the BoD accomplishments - since there have been none. It's only a few Million in the Grand Scheme of GKP's massive losses - but can we expect clarification as to why, and under what successfully executed items within the declared Company Strategies, your Remunerations Committee (ie - your good selves) can justify the self-awarding of these monies then Jon ?

Feb 18 spawned us c. $18/bbl on an operting cost falling through $3/bbl. A 600% return on Ops is not too shabby for a small oil outfit who's management appear to have done nought to improve things. Shaikan must be even more awesome than the MNR has ever allowed us to disclose. We must be ripe for several IOCs (suffering from dwindleing resources and lack of Explo investment/success) to buy back some fallow years into a proven elephant of a field with plenty of upsides "in the pipeline" ? Off you go and see if you can claw back some of the 100:1 sellout disaster by making a success of marketting us Jon. Bids starting at �20 a pop would stimulate lots of interest I bet. Were/when is the AGM anyone ?

I don't think they see it as their job to chase up payments (and certainly not to inform their financiers of any progress). They are probably a bit busy with deciding how to spend their recent windfalls......

We have just catapulted JF & SZ into multimillionaire status as just reward for their stellar performances in managing GKP via the following: Handing over oil to an illegal entity (much of it on tick and I seriously doubt that Baghdad will be honouring the accumulated $600M debt run up by "The Familly") Obeying the MNR by taking on their totally useless MP at an excessive salary and awarding him bonuses - as instructed. Can we assume that he will get a cut in this VCP bonanza back-dated to his resignation date ? Selling out the PIs at 100:1 to give control to the Bonders when money was/is cheap and alternative financing could have been found (wasn't it strange that this VCP was approved by the shareholders (ie ex-bondholders) straight after our sellout - could be seen as a reward for handing them the company. Consistently underplaying Shaikan's OiP - as instructed, for political reasons (which fell flat !) Handing back ShA - after we had underwritten the expo costs and confirmed that it held recoverable oil (we couldn't afford to develop it as we were operating under subsistence payments from it's overlord). Not investing in field development plans during the low priced oil equipment market (we'll pay through the nose now !) ......... plenty more "errors of judgement" can no doubt be listed, but I have to go and lay down now !
