The point i was making before is once you have sequenced the TCR from normal blood you do not have to repeat. so your viral vectors can be massed produced and depending which cancer you have the vectors can be tailored to that need. An all you do is infect the patients blood with the vectors and then stimulate clonal expansion of those T cells that are now moditope TCR
