well we have the Grant next month ... if we win add that to cash in the bank it pretty well equals mcap ...that's a serious amount of cash to invest in the science that we actually understand ..... lets not forget they are not searching for something which carries high risk of failure they are optimizing the discoveries to a target

Tend to make it sound like they have cured cancer before a product has even been developed, and make it sound like it will all happen tomorrow. well these "stories" make for great reading and this Prof may be on to something.. but it could be 5 years till it gets into the clinic and if properly funded another 8 getting it sorted and approved.

With the success rate probably near 1 in 100 from the news paper stage. I lay odds this will be another ... never to be heard of again ..

They don't have to agree anything ... and we leave, that is a legal statute you do understand, the way we leave has already been subject on many "amendments which failed" ie Norway option has already been rejected i think twice by votes. So not sure what you are saying as Parliament holds the Gov to account, it does not actually run Gov. So to change anything in law the Gov would have to put forward a "bill" to overturn an existing statute to stop Brexit, But you do understand that the confidence and supply agreement with the DUP is all about delivering brexit and stable Government ... Think you need to understand that Parliament has influence but does not hold the power to legislate the Gov does with the DUP providing support.

1/ i assume they seperate out CD4 t cells
2/ infect t cells with Virus changing the TCR on the t cells
3/ Clonal expansion of the changed t cells which are now Moditope positive
4/ inject back into patient

The virus will infect any cd4 t cell ... the vector itself does not use any part on the TCR to identify, but will turn any T cell its infects into the Correct Moditope Cd4 + T cell

why would you have T cells banks .......... ? when the TCR has already been extracted and embedded into a viral vector

which can then be "replicated " like any other virus

each patient has blood extracted, and treated with the viral vector, no blood banks are needed

Its the Viral vector's (plural) that is the "drug" and the viral vector is the part that will get approval ... this does not change

So IMHO the next stage is to get that viral vector through a phase 1 trial by testing in late stage patients. this may not actually help the patients as i am assuming they will test one vector at a time with and without clonal expansion, but to be clinical effective it may be you need multiple vectors .. its quite a complicated trial ...at phase 1 once you have the individual vectors passed you then continue with a multiple vectors phase 1.. and start to look at efficacy
