it was only controversial because of Timing... ie the predicted death by cancer didn't follow average convention, which it never does, so the press picked up on that as medical failure, he since died of cancer .

Ray you have to look at immunobody as synthetic and natural ... from memory the first trial was based around a synthetic version now its a "human IgG1 antibody" The first being funded by cancer research, indeed it was sold off to a Korean company from memory however it seemed to have been not followed up with. I looked at this years ago, so getting a bit vague on it. however as its still no reappeared after 10 years pretty sure it will not.

its not up to the EU its up to the 27 member states, the legality of Article 50, is can the uk withdraw from it ... UK courts have said no so its been tested in the ECJ
