You are trying to compare a £ billion border between Ireland and the North .. with a £ trillion border between the EU and the UK when exports and imports on that border are known ie 40 years VAT returns declared carry that border value.
so you can identify what is called a spike because at any port of entry from outside the EU into Northern Ireland a tick up in value would occur so that if tariff in the North is different in the south you could instantly detect smuggling into the single market because the North is still an island with no open border to another third country so creating paths across an open border.

Using modern trading techniques can be applied without infrastructure, Minor smuggling still goes on today which is why systems are already in place at the border.

NKTR-214, a CD122-biased agonist would work with SCIB1 as well as a tri Combination it plays a role in clonal expansion, but i would point out that the vaccines its been tested with are not potent DNA vaccines thus not sure of how effective these vaccines are at mounting a response.

so we have this set procedure but the ultimate decision is still with the member state but based on the Written opinion (wrong - if it was we would have no patents) and search (wrong - the ISR found about 10 documents which we classed as blocking the patent from being novel) which is why Scancell only had to deal with one negotiation and questioning (wrong they are questioned and negotiate at every national level).

so best if i leave you and Bermuda to sort it out ......

Konar i am not an expert on patents .. But i had read the word counterparts in the RNS

you may have prior art on a particular PTM ... but that art may not apply to cancer. if a Party had a patent on using citrullinated epitopes for the treatment of cancer then the patent would fail ...

so to say the patent would fail from the searches is really just silly as proof of patent award means "Art" has been established

Ruckrover, its a Base patent ... you then have subsequent patents based around the actual product and indeed possibly in the manufacturing process ...

so its not the case of patent infringement as you are actually creating layers of patent protection.

Now BioNtech and ISA pharma have both peer reviewed the patent ... after all they have signed up to it
