I would be very surprised if a deal not announced soon after the 23rd as all the pieces of the Modi1 program are now linked to the Modi2 program which links to the Modi3 program

if this venture is all linked back to Moditope IP the various parties involved will have to formalise this arrangement in legal text otherwise they are all doing it for love.
