Re custodian issue I'm not surprised by it as those that know the detail of how the system works are probably more relaxed about security. What I mean is if someone illegally transferred shares to a third party this would probably become apparent on a reconciliation ( I don't know how frequently that's done ) then the drains would be up and the trail tracked - ultimately the perpetrators need to sell those shares for cash before the balloon goes up - probably not impossible but perhaps more difficult than some may think.

That's my take on it and I was hoping your enquiries would largely confirm my understanding and give me a bit more comfort on the details of the security checks cos I'm not sufficiently motivated to do it myself at the moment, but I'm happy and grateful to learn from your research.

The above is the quote from the latest rns. I'm prepared to accept it at face value as LK has no reason to lie about it - he achieved his target and the ' new ' production is circa 400 bopd so there's a good chance plenty of that will stick and new development work is imminent on South Erin.

The rns uses the term ' witnessed ' and troll LayLadyLay corroborated the adverse weather at the time. Troll LayLadyLay sees the bigger picture Dross and can play the long game - next time there are some floods she can post pictures with a deramping text and point to past performance - she will still be answered in the same way ( LK sagacity in installing independent generation etc ) and it really won't make much difference.

You, however, have burnt your bridges, cos you are only negative NOW and people know when you ramp and deramp you are decidedly disingenuous ( why wasn't much lower WTI a big problem when you were ramping?) . It seems you are attempting to discredit LK over the weather issue which suits you NOW as you are in hate mode but you won't be able to join LayLadyLay in future cos you will have to argue the weather doesn't impact CERP production.

burnie38 - I don't remember this board ever being troll free and I've been reading it since before faz started posting - quality of trolling has it's ups and downs but I'm happy with the current ones as they are not very challenging and sometimes people learn something from the fallout, like me giving the average production a bit more thought and surprising myself, pleasantly, that LK managed to shoe horn in more than 400 bopd 'new ' production how much of that won't be sustained? - we also know about more new stuff in the rns for Q1!

Yes the saturation posting from dross is insulting to our intelligence but now that Lind are out he now has to major on cash burn and there's no deadline to focus on so I think he's even boring himself with it now!

LayLadyLay - if you believe the weather had extreme hampering effects on CERP isn't it remarkable they achieved the results they did and doesn't that augur tremendously well for the future - I wasn't going to push that line as LK drew attention to his historic sagacity in ensuring independent electricity supplies but you've really opened my eyes now to the magnificence of the results - Irene you need to get on message with LLL!

Irene - the rns said Steeldrum 200 - 250 bopd - South Erin received plenty of attention last quarter according to rns.

Declines always likely on Goudron so maintaining/ growing production on that field cost effectively is now what LK is talking about - he's also mentioned diversification of portfolio to reduce risk more than once and SWP development also gets an occasional mention Irene!

Still think this share is too complicated and high risk for you Irene!

LayLadyLay - you published the CPR information more than 2 weeks ago i'm shocked you've sat on this dynamite revelation for so long - let's get this straight you are concerned I'm misleading people about netbacks because in a scenario where CERP are producing at the level of around 151 bopd from Goudron it is possible that my conversion to daily from monthly may overstate the CERP entitlement under certain unlikely conditions.

The probability of the scenario you describe actually occurring is IMO absolutely tiny and if production dropped to those levels CERP finances from Goudron would be pretty much shot to pieces and we'd probably be discussing financial survival .

LK publishes production in bopd form so that is the format people are used to discussing. I've made it clear that I've converted from monthly to daily for ease of discussion and I think most on here understand such a simplification was reasonable - here's a test for you when was the last time Goudron produced less than 4590 per month? When you've got back to me with that we can discuss the mathematical probability in such a scenario that the production was wildly fluctuating over that month.

If you genuinely believe the point you have raised merits any further discussion I'm truly sad for you LayLadyLay !

LayLadyLay - re your post 18:45 today - they are tier 3 over 151 bopd in respect of Goudron IPSC, subject to other per barrel charges and a share of not barrel related costs - all in the CPR segment you posted recently.

I seem to remember you had a problem converting monthly to daily but I didn't realise you believed that information you posted on here was tosh - you should explain yourself, if you are able!
