rossannan - re your post of 08:57 in respect of the LIND facility it does now seem to be water under the bridge now.

I believe having the full information available aids decision making and I doubt you have that on your bedroom carpet. Looking back to the 13/07/2018 rns regarding Lind there is a qualification relating a large chunk of the borrowing ' having a minimum market capitalisation of $25 million'.

I haven't seen the small print on the Lind facility but if there were covenants about MC LK may have decided it wasn't appropriate to go down that road at this time as he needs to be free to act without having to run everything past Lind.
The company will be well aware of covenants from the BNP loan.

The reason I'm replying to your post is you seemed a bit clueless about SWP from your previous comments about them not proceeding immediately so you probably need more help than most - although IMO a potentially high growth share like this with accompanying risks doesn't appear to suit your apparent very low risk profile!

Getting back to the comment you've been sniffing around CERP for many years so you probably remember that when a drill is announced/ underway there is often plenty of speculative interest ( some might say FOMO! ) causing the SP to rise. Those that are invested prior to the fervour sometimes take the opportunity to take a profit prior to hearing the drill result because as you have often mentioned COS is not 100% !

Those that stick around for the results will probably see a drop in SP from the aforementioned speculative heights if the drill is not as successful as hoped but the fallback will probably be less disastrous than in a pure Expo share where everything is riding on the result - here the fallback position is carry on with production from a diversified portfolio where many opportunities are in stages of development and prepare for the next drill.

As I said It it's not my article this is just my opinion of what it may have been alluding to! I would warn you and LayLadyLay that I wouldn't have used the term ' risk off exposure ' because I'm aware there are people out there who have a Post Office Book risk exposure mentality and I wouldn't want to see them putting in money here thinking there was no risk even if they lose the opportunity to potentially multibag !
