Only those who have studied the subject in depth would have been able to get into the detail with you and I'd say most brokers just can't be bothered as they can say ' take it or leave it - the FCA are happy with it we don't need to worry '.

I do believe an expert in this field would probably be able to outline the possible fraud scenarios and explain how difficult it would be to pull off - probably such a presentation convinced the FCA it was ok to go along with it many years ago. If there has been fraud or attempts it's been fairly well hidden but the Chalker letter suggests that possibly things aren't perfect!

I don't get my tech from films but they do make points well. The Big Short emphasised that low risk is not NO RISK. The film Gold dealt with theft of dore bars from a mine in Australia - worth watching!

That suggests to me they did ONE and weren't satisfied with the outcome then did another - I don't know how long the rig was shut down for but OCTOBER Is the month when flooding was extreme .

The restored level seems less than the suggested take over level so probably not a great success story for LK but no need for him to put a book down his trousers and visit the headmaster - this is one well of many and he's more than made up for it elsewhere! It may be he intends to revisit this well - possibly with a Myno pump but this is small beer - he doesn't give a running commentary on every well in the portfolio and if that is necessary for you to invest here you should look elsewhere as I can't see that detail being given based on historical conduct.
