Apologies for not coming back on the lease issue before now ,
I became frustrated thinking that my ancient operating system was not allowing me access.
I asked my brother and fellow copler who found the leases site originally to investigate,
it turned out that my operating system was fine ,
there are simply not many leases around us,
for the sections to the north and south of us in 35n 76w there are no leases except section 1 which we have half the section,
1 lease in section 36 in 35n 77w that you already identified yourself , all the other sections between us and Cole Creek have no leases so presumably AM will go after those.
I was impressed with your earlier post regarding the Nasdaq,
I likewise think this could be a good move for us,
it seems the LSE is determined to hold us back for as long as possible,
the sooner we get above an MC level of £70m/$100m the better,
at least then we may attract some of HFB's proper ii's from the US.
It is incredible that LSE will not assign an even pultery value to our company,
the CPR should put paid to the games that are still being played with us,
let us hope that this week will be different lol.

Good afternoon everyone,
just for reference I started this post before the news on the discovery and decided to stop as it seemed a little irrelevant,
but now it seems that the market will not assign real value before and maybe even after the CPR arrives, therefore it seems that the only measure they cannot argue with is production.
I am pretty sure the Q4's will not excite the markets but the current production no's might so below is some background people may find interesting.
Firstly thank you to Noob for providing the Excel documents.
Secondly everything that follows below is only speculation and not to be interpreted as reliable information.
The first thing I looked at was a number for best production from the monthly figures,
this provided.
For Cole Creek 2482 bls/month.
For Barron Flats 64865 bls/month.
Total 67347 bls/month.
As I could not tell from these figures how many days each well was online I give 2 estimates.
30 days/month gives a figure of 2245 bls / day.
25 days/month gives a figure of 2693 bls / day.
By looking at the gas production of the wells a few things became clear , ( I drew a map of the field and overlayed the well data over it ),
CC was production was little changed so from here on I am only refering to BFU.
From the data it showed that injection pressures after august over most of the re-stimulated parts of the field were very much reduced, especially over the centre to centre west parts of the field, this is where the maximum increases in production were situated.
So when the pressures were highest we achieved increases as follows,
1 well 500%
2 wells 300%
3 wells 200%
12 wells 100%
12 wells no change ( these wells were mostly at west, south and eastern edges of the field and from the data had not been effected by the increased pressures at the time the pressures were greatly reduced.
I am hoping that now that CUDA has become less important the reasons for trying to reduce production to the minimum have now passed ,
I think that AM has plenty of scope to increase daily production easily above the 2245bopd I showed above bearing in mind that 8 of the wells had there best monthly figures before we even owned Atomic.

For one in the latest video AM stated that long laterals were not required to maximise yield from the new deeps wells,
backed up by some of her research results,
ipso facto the new wells will not be at the more expensive end of the scale so he can sink them more quickly than might be imagined .
I repeat that the new BLM rules are designed to allow for year round drilling in Converse County so the SAGE grouse issue may not stop new wells being sunk before august.
It can only be onwards and upwards from here the pace of the rise of the company and our fortunes is at the gift of the markets unfortunate

we will have to have ambulances lined up outside the venue because some of us more mature posters
may get carried away a bit after a few bevvies,
and need carting away afterwards LOL.

I was looking at another post about i think it was EOG one of the biggest producers in the PRB,
they propose to capture CO2 and inject it in to their wells you can't get anymore enviromentally friendly than that ,
maybe AM could use this technology as well in the future ,
super PR from that.
So i think the answer is yes to your question.

Perhaps one of the largest discoveries in the US for many decades,
in the safest jurisdiction in the world as far as oilers are concerned,
as WTI rising against a backdrop of omicron proving not as dangerous as was once thought,
every $ rise potentially adding a BILLION $'s to the value of our new asset.

Great news,
a very muted response by the market in London,
let us hope he released here first to see if he would get a decent response,
or maybe he has given the canadian market and perhaps US investors the heads up.
Canadian market open should be interesting,
I am beginning to wonder if London will ever assign true value to COPL,
maybe it time for AM to apply for a US listing ,
this would then drive the companies value to where it should be .
The london market is becoming increasingly irrelevant on the worlds markets ,
the value of our company has probably increased X 10 and we get this miserly increase,
we got to 40% and dropping ,
did not even rerate to pre- suspension price.
I hope i will be proved wrong over time hopefully momentum elsewhere can start the proper rise that is justified

but when you read down the lefthand side it appears that it was SWP going after Lien that triggered the receivership,
I wonder if AM's lawyers had spotted this, if this was the case it might explain AM's remark ,
that they had been planning for this situation for months lol.

Of course you are right ,
but i fear we will have to wait a little longer before they start giving us data like that lol.
i was just curious if the data was well by well as i have never been able to see it.
Do you have a ball park figure in your mind as a baseline ?,
you are the most respected poster on this board and your opinions carry much weight.
Even a rough estimate from you would help ,
i realise there is risk attached lol,
but the board is a much more stable place of late lol,
i am convinced we will get where we both want to be in time,
i personally would value your thoughts about the possibilities if AM was to allow full production to commence.
If he could quickly raise the game to say 3000 to 4000 bopd after the cuda matter is resolved,
we would surely start to move upwards quite smartly especialy if he manages to make the acquisition.
and inevitably the chance of a few drinks would finally arrive lol.

unfortunately i have never been able to get into the production data through the link you provided only get half the page,
old operating system lol,must upgrade shortly.
But if i could i would tabulate the highest daily production for each well in BFU & CC since we started increasing the Miscible Flooding.
Would this give us a baseline for full production when all the wells are producing ?,
Just a thought lol.

Also they are prescribing Cad $28 million of debt with the transaction ,
maybe AM's bid stands a chance after all.

Looks like the canadian assets are being sold seperately,
note the date of non binding proposals,
must be a reason why they are selling seperately and earlier than the propsed date for the Wyoming asset.
