i did note you comms frustration,
i had the same feeling ,
only recently did i begin to beleive it was a deliberate tactic ,
these boys have been at it constantly and as you say with no proper arguement to back it up with ,

Firstly there is a reason why Tiburn and Tedoboy are the two most respected posters on this board,
i agree with everything that they have said today and also on many previous occasions,
( people would do well to heed the quality of there insights ),
so there is nothing i can add which is meaningful.
Therefore i would like to pass on couple of thoughts on the immediate future and the distant future.
Firstly,
to those sitting on the sidelines wondering whether they should to join the party,
weigh up all the posts , positive and negative posts and decide which thoughts are mostly constructed of known facts and educated guesses and which ones are predicated on sentiment and unsubstancited guesses.
The sp is unlikely to drop much further i think ,
when i challenged somebody about their allegation about the 50% discounted placing it went unanswered,
maybe the lth's will have to wait longer to start moving to profit,
but anybody joins now even with modest amounts that they can afford,
could make a substantial return relatively quickly .
I will probably be pilliared by some of our resident doubters on this but ( it is my own reading of the situation ) and i stand by it,
and would not want ordinary investors to miss out because of the quality of our resident doubters
tactics and well crafted innuendo.
Secondly.
And perhaps more importantly,
I would like to expand my thoughts AM's reputation.
He has been accused of many mistakes and bad habits as the journey has progressed from the purchase of Atomic,
maybe this was justified ,
but maybe ( as i have come to believe ) wholly unjustified ,
we will know before march which is correct.
If i am correct then ,
AM will have carried a tactical and business MASTERCLASS ,
purchasing one promising oil field and improving is prospects,
at a knockdown price,
and perhaps even more impressively ( if he gets it ),
engineered getting the other part of the WI available ,
at even better knockdown price ( considering the changed financial circumstances ).
in just twelve months MIGHTILY IMPRESSIVE.
To those on here who feel slighted and ignored i understand,
but think of the consequences going forward.
The custodians of our future the financiers ii's HNW's will be very impressed,
and as of a consequence ,
will respect AM' abilities and be more open to suitably managed finance for future projects ie Nigeria and any other expansions AM can suitably justify.
I hope AM will get the plaudites he would deservee if he pulls this off,
unfortunately we will never know how tactically he did it so i hope people will have the good grace to look back in a few months time and admit ,
that the end did justify the means.
A lot of our futures could be substanialy improved by it.

There is merit about the bad news arguement,
this would certainly be the doomsday scenario and is always possible,
but would it explain what is going on with the placement ,
he is clearly trying very hard to get it,, but if he only had bad news would the ii's have bought in ?,
also if our WI was worthless so would the Cuda portion be he could have waited longer and got for an even smaller price,
and saved his placement for when / if the Nigerian situation starts move.

but the dilution has stayed in house with our own ii's.
They are clearly convinced the sp issue is not a problem.
I am sure they know far better than us.

I think AM may have been planning this even before we came out of suspension and had already informed the bigger ii's of his plan.
He probably knew that Hadron would sell out in relist thus killing the sp stone dead,
since then we had small rallies which were quickly stifled,
then when AM knew he could not get Cuda without receivership the plan had to be changed slightly ,
the ii',s were asked to drive the price down to this level( with the added sweetener of LB's 50 % discounted placement ).
They were happy to oblige because they know from the horses mouth
( what the good researchers on this board have already worked out ).
They cannot lose.
without Cuda + news there will be a rerate.
With Cuda + news will be an even bigger rerate.
If you examine the trading over the preceeding weeks you find mostly matched trades passing beteen th ii's thus controlling where we go.
What do you think ?

So that means yo think at a bare minimum this share is worth
40p.
Therefore a chance for people make a
100% profit
very quickly.
Some shares take years to achieve this,
This one may do it in a couple of months more from this level.
You should be telling everyone that there is a golden opportunity at this price.
And yet you are still knocking the stock and the company,
by doing this you are badly influencing lowly pi's who actually have better than average chance of bagging here.

Firstly on looking back through earlier posts i noticed the attacking of HFB by some infreqeunt posters and some who should no better,
SHAME ON YOU.
In a post earlier Doug 189 , refered to AM as a shark,
yes a impartial predator with no compassion doing whatever it takes to survive and prosper.
Yes ,
certainly fits the bill.
Got me to thinking Doug.
Maybe a chameleon would be a better fit,
shares many of the traits of the shark,
but,
a chameleon uses camoflage to protect from predators and to get close enough to capture prey,
this could represent the capture of Cuda whilst illuding other oilers that might see us a valuable addition to there own futures.
I think our chameleon will remain in camoflage mode until the dotted line has been signed or not as the case maybe.
( i can imaginne in 6 to 12 months time the crying there would be if we were having to give 27% of our by then hopefully burgeoning income if he doesn't get it.)
Once the future of Cuda is decided then this part of the companies journey will be over.
But,
the next part of the journey will be different.
The chameleon has other skills it colour itself spectacurlarly to attract the attention of potential partners and all others in its compass,
why you are asking is this important.
The next step of the journey could be Nigeria.
Am will need to shine brightly to attract more or re financing if he is to fulfill the huge potential there,
so i think that he will need to unleash the battery of good news necessary to show that COPL is worthy of there attention.
We already know he has plenty of it maybe much much better than we understand at the moment .
So brothers and sisters don't be downhearted ,
AM maybe does not have the compassion that the pi's crave ,
but really we are in reality us pi's are only hoping to ride on the coat tails of ii's and hnw investors to a more prosperous future.
And to those that think that these people are unimpressed with AM's actions i think you are wrong .
If he pulls of a second coup in short order they will actually be impressed, for now they will accept the crumbs he is giving them ,
profits are the bottom line to them they do not care how they get it !!!!,
whilst all the while having a weather eye on the big picture ready to act.
Then and only then will our turn come, i understand everybodies frustration on this board,
i feel it myself .
