If you look at Tallins portfolio they are not a huge lender, with the 4 million extra they gave Cuda it is their largest exposure.
They maybe happy to get out of jail with their money back ,
so $ 13 million,
Bridging on the other hand owed circa $ 50 million ( but in receivership with PW owing circa $ 2 billion ), so possible firesale ,
so 10 - 20 % maybe possible with receivers,
so $10 - 20 million maybe ,
Cuda shares $2.5 million, Bridging funds own 19 %of theshares.
Wi is the ? !!!.
So it maybe possible to clear it all for between 3 30-40 Million with a sharp operator,
Maybe AM fits the bill,
Taking into account what Tiburn said and Tedoboys calculations a spectacular coup maybe on the cards,if they stack up the right way for COPL .

Nice work Tiburn,
when you look at other oilers in similar situations very few of them have fudamentals in the same ballpark as ours,
various circumstances and sentiments are contributing to where we are now.
But at some point the balance of the scales will tip in our favour,
The ever increasing production and reserves and self financing debt will eventually be recognised,
then prospect will become more obvious and secure,at some point the FOMO factor will kick in,
who knows what news will set it off.

You are just right Island, he warned us of that situation earlier, i was pleased that those of discussing the Cuda WI seem to have been vindicated , i was not looking forward to being pilliared on here anyway lol,
the fact he mentioned that we are going after the 27% WI must be encouraging , he must think he has the bones of a deal to even say that much.
More encouragingly the decision about choosing between the layers was a big hint of things to come in the deep and especially when he mentioned the possibilties over the 42,000 acres he was at his most confident when talking of these two subjects during the whole interview.
other than that i thought he was being very careful what he said even seemed a little nervous at times, i also thought he looked a little stressed at times also.

That is a good point M22c , as i read the rules it would not apply to a vertical once producing the only details protected would be the direction and length of a horizontal well.

After relist news was forthcoming even though it was clear the market was not as positive as has he would have liked ,
he also knew that the Cuda situation was likely to come to a head around this time but still tried to drip feed some imformation through unconventional routes.

Therefore something has fundermentaly changed.
I don't buy this ignorance or disrespect towards pi's or even ii's.
