Just to provide a little context the links below are for the 2 best producing wells in Converse County for April.

They are both in sector 36N 71W,
our acreage are in 35N 76 & 77W not a great distance away.
They produced in April ,
2307 bopd,
2151 bopd respectively,
it does not take the brain of britain to see that these 2 wells are producing are producing more than our last recorded daily production each.
Is it any wonder that AM want to de-lineate and produce from our Frontier discovey first.
Hopefully the RBL he has negotiated will allow him to do this,
i agree with you Tiburn once the drilling starts everything will move forward very quickly.
On a personal note ,
Tiburn did you ever receive the contact i tried to make with you through MK ?,
if you did it does not matter but if you didn't i would like to pursue it if you would also.

Yes agreed my friend,
i cannot wait to see what AM has got,
wondering if he has managed the motherlode.
I know that sounds extreme but everything politically is changing so fast ,
with Uncle Joe failing so spectacurlarly in Saudi the US needs to press the go button very quickly.
A good way to start would to get our discovery de-lineated quickly if the results are as expected what financial institution would turn its back on a chance to share in its prosperity.
i am more hopeful now than i have ever been.
thanks to your constant stream of factual information others may still yet come to believe.
He did say he wanted to MF the Frontier early ,
so who can say ,
i believe everything could change quickly after the next RNA.

I find the word UPDATING significant in that last line ,
implies they have something different t say about " operational objectives ".
I am curious and excited about this prospect.

I had a dream,
What if,
a once high flying CEO of a mid tier oil producer who maybe down on his luck waiting for an african prospect to come to fruition but realising it may never happen ,
instructed his staff to go find him a decent prospect in a safe jurisdiction at the end of a serious downturn of the oil cycle.
What if,
after identifying a target they realised that the senior partner of that company was an even better prospect ( a young and much undeveloped field with a small amount of reserves ),at a bargain price, unfortunately raising credit at that time was expensive but could be rectified with better finance at a later date.
What if,
Just as you were starting to improve the prospect it became clear that the original target was about to go into receivership, what do you do, money is tight,but you would like to gain the extra WI , you hatch a plan downplaying as much as possible the prospects of the original purchase in the hope of getting the junior partner at an equally bargain price.
But there are risks to this strategy,
risking the wrath of already impatient shareholders and markets once the silence of an NDA is forced upon you, or for the future good of the company you proceed ( hoping that when the first opportunity arises and you explain all that has gone on the shareholders they will understand ).
What if,
whilst this process is ongoing rather than lose a lease you decide to try an exploratory drill to fulfill the conditions of that lease, lo and behold you make a discovery of a huge amount of oil under you acreage which needs to be confirmed but while transform the prospects of your company exponentially.
What if,
whilst in the process of arranging refinancing you are told you must gain the extra WI and concurrent reserves but you must find a way to finance it yourself before your re-financing can become available, you find a way to do this but out of courtesy you reveal the results of a resource report you have lately received.
What if ,
on reading and digesting this report the re-financier realises there is a huge potential for this company, now drops the requirement for them to finance extra WI themselves but also decides to make extra funds available ( in the current geopolitical and geofinancial climate ) to speed this process up ( probably for consideration down the line ).

The only trouble with this dream is the picture becomes blurred with constant negativity and malicious intent.

It is only a dream after all.

in any case it will not be the MM's only traders taking their last few chances to play us.
About the RS do you really think AM would commit career suicide by hinting at a huge resource that could not be even partially be confirmed.
IMHO he is far to shrewd a cooky for that,
the daily SP is not how proper investors will judge us.
When confimations of future prospects emerge they will only be happy that they can buy in at such a bargain basement value.
Even if the RR revealed half the original predicted prospects,
the upside here is still massive .

The comparison with this board as everybody understands is that the constant jibbing and innuendo can have the same effect but there is a difference.

The reason I have decided to post today is not because I have new or interesting research but to pre-empt possible reactions if the CUDA RNA does not drop tomorrow or Tuesday.
It will not signify any problems, only that the paperwork and transfer of funds has not yet been. completed.
It does not matter when it is completed only that it does.
For those of you old enough to remember I compare COPL to a Saturn V rocket,
it was a 3 stage rocket.
Unfortunately many launches were delayed due to weather conditions and minor technical issues.
The purchase of Atomic and the subsequent killing of the share price (remember the mm's thought 64p was a reasonable starting price) would be a simile for this.
The first and main stage of the rocket helped it to leave the ground and once it reached a certain altitude was ejected .
This would be the final acquisition of the Cuda WI .
The second stage propelled the rocket out of the atmosphere .
This could be the RBL which will free (us if we get a reasonable revolving part of the loan) to solve current issues with the BFU.
The third stage of the rocket provided the final boost to send the occupants on to the MOON.
This would be represented by a Resource Report of at least as positive as AM'S original thoughts.

Personally I am hoping the Cuda RNA does not arrive in the morning because I may have a chance to have a final small top up with funds becoming available.
In any case I wish all the holders here a happy near term or maybe medium term because I know the long term prospects here are excellent.

Since the webinar and the investor presentation AM explained everything clearly and logically, their was always going to be a timeframe to sort all the issues for the company.
but now that Cuda is a given ,
The RBL will unlock the neccesary funds for the ball to start rolling.

I am not sure if people have really taken in the magnitude of what the delineation process will mean for us all on here.

about your previous post of course high pressure is good ,
but you have to have the right topside kit to handle it that is all ,
anybody who knows anything about the oil and gas industry knows that,
not only does it mean higher production when the topside kit is sorted it also means the recovery percentage from the field will be higher .
Win Win in time.
The problem here is people who do not understand the issues should not be trying to persuade others who also do not understand.

Firstly I would like to apologise to Tiburn , Shaa et al for providing no support on this board in recent weeks.
Partly because I have been busy , but partly that since the end of the news blackout , the arrival of the Investor Presentation and the staggeringly honest and in depth explanations of our leader in the Webinar , I have had no worries or doubts about our future.
The main question is a simple one !
EITHER YOU BELIEVE AM OR YOU DO NOT.
I do believe, I thought his explanations of the situation, they were both credible and well thought out.
During the Webinar he was clearly wanting to explain everything and would have talked for another hour if RG had not told him they were way overtime, this from a man who does not care about his shareholders , seriously, I ask the question of all the COPL holders on this board.

On the Cuda situation he explained the chosen route for financing it and the reason was to secure
Reserve based lending this year instead of have to wait another 12 months made perfect financial sense to me.

On the Barron Flats Unit he explained that the pressures and performance of the field was way above expectations , the “plumbing “ issues have to be sorted that is all , to raise production
made perfect operational sense to me .

The decision to delineate the discovery to raise the reserves level before the extra drills in the BFU
made perfect tactical sense to me.

Look at the details of some of the other discoveries and perhaps you will realise the enormities of what we may have underneath our property soon to be a minimum of 85 % Copl's.

I was particularly impressed with the decision to delay the building of the new CPU by a year,
if the delineation goes well ( and bearing in mind he stated he would like to use secondary recovery in the frontier as soon as possible ), he will probably need a much bigger unit, why waste money now on one that is not adequate for the purpose, (this is also true for the fixes for the BFU as he explained )

So friends do not worry about the games still going on with the SP,
Cuda confirmed ,
the Resource Report,
Reserve based Lending,
not necessarily in that order and the picture will look very different.

I personally hope he already has the resource report from Ryder Scott and is using it to persuade any potential new lenders to give us a large revolving proportion to the loan ,
we may not need all of it if delineation goes well as the financial prospects of the company will be rolling over in their own right.
Remember the delineations wells will probably fall into the exploration category and thus we will be allowed to to keep 400% of production to cover costs before royalties.

So keep the faith our wings will be flapping soon lol.

unfortunately not much has changed here while you were over the way lol.

I wish i could give you a factual answer to that but i cannot.
But i will give you my thoughts on the overall SP situation.
I think the current situation is to do partly with the placing but also what has gone before.
Going back to the suspension i think it was far to long and that AM was badly advised
( about no need for suspension ),
if you think back to the day of re-admission we opened @ 64p if i remember correctly and touched 80p briefly before Hadron put the boot in.
So the MM's thought we were worth 60p at least after the Atomic purchase probably fair value at the time.
Whilst we were in suspension Cuda were already in trouble i think AM thought but subseqeuntly failed to buy Cuda before they went into receivership.
In the meantime all PI & II sentiment built up before suspension was lost and we became and still are to some extent a traders paradise.
But i think as i said last night that i think that situation is coming to an end,
i think AM has already secured an RBL facility but it is subject to certain conditions being fulfilled,
namely the final sign off for CUDA,and possibly also the RS reserves report as well.
So with production increases and the above items being fulfilled i think II sentiment wil return and hopefully PI sentiment shortly afterwards,
that is why i objected so strongly to the CH'S attempt to poo poo R -Duncs of possible quick fix increases in production
which may kickstart the journey to where COPL should be on NAV alone.

Just got in to see the CH's repudiation of my conversation with R-Dunc,
as usual he gives a great impression of knowledge and facts to the negative about this company.
He definetely the most competent disruptor we have had on this board a danger to the less well informed,
i will not be interested in his response as i am BOXING him immediately after finishing this post.
He disputed my assessment that 600/800 bpd does not refer to the 21-35-76 the HZ.
But unfortunately for him i deal in facts not conjecture,
when i first read about the well test i was intrigued about the possibilty of a 400/500 bl/d increase from just one well.
As usual with COPL the devil is in the detail,
and if the CH had read R- Dunc's original post correctly the clues were already there.
He stated that the well in question had been choked back to 150/250 bl/d.
When i originally read this in the IP went to the WELL DATA.
There are only 4 wells producing this amount in the whole field,
23-27v
22-27v
34-20v
44-21v
note the v,
the horizontal was not producing enough to be a candidate,
Then low and behold the permits for upgrade that R-Dunc found are,
First 34-20v
Secondly 44-21v
so possibly folks there maybe 2 other candidates for upgrade later.
Seriously SW are bound to use the best possibilities to improve production at the cheapest possible fix FIRST.
To R-Dunc i think these fixes are for the wellheads only as these wells do not produce the amounts of excess gas that the Hz does which is why it need the pipeline.
Thats all for now but i respectfully suggest do not be sucked in by the CH.

The pipeline proposed is directly from the horizontal to the storage facility,
although it is not the top producer of oil ( at the moment ) it is by far the largest producer of gas,
so until they can handle that gas they cannot raise the pressures in the horizontal to produce more oil.

shows they are moving on the upgrades at last .

21-35-76 st the horizontal has never been the top producer usually comes in about No 5 there are at least 4 wells grouped together in south of the field that could benefit from the upgrade R- Dunc has identified.

Firstly i would like to express my joy for any holders here who are also in
BOIL & UKOG especially HFB & Shouston,
we are all in these shares to improve our lives and it particularly satisfying when people you share an acquaintance with do well.
What a difference a day can make,
one rose on good news the other on potential of good news.
So here we are, i would respectfully suggest that the fundamentals of COPL trump either of the above companies easily.
The reason we suffer the pervasive attentions of a particular type of poster is the liquidity and variability of this stock.
I believe that over the next 4 - 6 months the reasons that we are open to this type of trading will pass.
As seen today every dog has its day ( no pun intended ),
I believe COPL will have many such days as we go forwards,
AM for me has done a great job using the tools he had available to improve the companies prospects ( whether we like it or not ),
but is soon to move on to a much surer footing Finacially & Operationally and finally the company will get the recognition and subsequent SP it and we deserve.
