Ryan Mee, CEO of Fulcrum Metals, reviews FY23 and progress on the Gold Tailings Hub in Canada. Watch the video here.
Good Morning Everyone,
Iron that statement is absolute rubbish,
"It's just the bondholders offloading, at least the volume is good to churn through it",
I am sure the bondholders are not as shortsighted as you,
occasionally you go to far this is an example of that.
What volume what proof can you show us.

Good Evening Everyone,
I have been a little quiet of late but unfortunately I have had distractions in my personal life but have followed progress on the board as usual.
Firstly I may I congratulate AM and the team from COPL for their OUTSTANDING and thoroughly PROFESSIONAL submission to the commission.
To any of our brothers and sisters who had doubts about the competence of the company they have invested their money I hope all such fears have now been permanently allayed.
There has been much questioning of AM's strategy and tactics and impatience for market responses
to good news , I confess that at times I have also been disappointed at the lack of SP progress and may still be in the coming weeks. But Rome wasn't built in a day lol.
The markets have a very narrow view of progress at the moment .
They clearly have no interest in potential which COPL currently has in abundance.
They are only impressed by the bottom line ,
which over the near future is about to move into the black .
But what I have NEVER DOUBTED are the FUNDAMENTALS,
which since the original purchase of ATOMIC the NEW DICOVERY and the purchase of CUDA
have gone from PROMISING to OUTSTANDING to OFF THE SCALE.
We now have the prospect of a JV partner, AM said originally that he wanted to go it alone,
I always thought in the current geopolitical situation this was going to be difficult and time consuming and difficult.
Now we have a possibility for me of the PERFECT SOLUTION for me.
I never wanted a take out before delineation we would not get our proper value from that scenario,
now we may end up with a partner with deep pockets willing to go the whole way lol.
So why the change of tactics ?.
He told us all along there were problems with PIPE.
www.bloomberg.com%2Fopinion%2Farticles%2F2022-08-31%2Fhottest-commodity-in-the-oil-industry-elements-by-javier-blas%3Ffbclid%3DIwAR12Zeiy2dJnMdmgAicQPSUXsg7MmYQn3EFLPhmKCpPqng5owS0bu5OQ7jo&h=AT1_-tFa5hc171zULTB6GpSAm8xdCDO2gnjVWKOByEGuHFSX5d35opAxHzhTU5txt_ufaDBRB_Q7Chl8DIHM2n1Hh1TI1HyxdFc_PPiwuh3cVqm5OPTYzI6bu8XBRfOQ9U82
He also told us recently that “ its to big “.
There may be many permutations at play here,
maybe the JV partner or ourselves will take out the CNOOC 15% I wouldn't be surprised if a new JV partner especially a ( large US listed company ) would rather only deal with only one partner.
Folks we may have to get used to giving ( whilst maintaining operator status ) a large percentage of future WI in the deeps .But who cares!!!!!!!.
If the JV partner is serious and AM's wish to go to secondary recovery is to be realised ,
the JV partner maybe looking at $200 million to delineate and prepare infrastructure for the future.
I will not attempt to put a figure on the full value of a fully delineated deeps .
All we need to understand is that it is a huge number and will probably make some of our brothers and sisters millionaires.
I have every penny I can spare in here,
As everyday goes by we are clos
Good Morning Everyone,
Nobody has mentioned that if Occidental turned out to be the JV partner it would mean that Warren Buffet no less as their largest shareholder would have a WI in the New Discovery LOL !!
GLA.
Good Afternoon Everyone,
Just a quick one as i am busy today and tomorrow,
people may have forgotten that it was Exxon who originally developed Cole Creek and have history with AM.
Less than 20 miles away Continental after purchasing Chesapeakes PRB operations have the 2 best producing HZ'S in the basin and would be favourites for me,
not only do they have the neccesary pipe and plant close by ( presumably an important consideration in AM's mind for a JV partner ) their head of production in the PRB is none other than the previous CEO of Chesapeake who designed the plant for the Barron Flats Unit so he understands the acreage well.
Just some thoughts to be going on with .
GLA.
Good Morning Tiburn,
Hopefully at last The Oilman will have a chance to show us what he can do.
You i and others have been much criticised for pointing out the fundementals and possibilities,
but the one thing that has never been in doubt to me is his and the teams abilities in the right financial conditions is to MAKE THE BEST OF THE ASSETS THEY HAVE IN THE FIELD.
In the future let us hope they will be able extract the best from our assets un fettered.
GLA.
Sorry Doug i did state Q4 for production ,i hope we can reach that number by the end of it ,
i chose that time frame as the Aftentra deals will not be finalised until then.
Surely if we get an RBL some of the bonds will be bought back with the loan ,
the warrants will stand but i do not agree with your 500 m shares in issue.
GLA
Sorry John what are you saying ,
we do not have a massive asset waiting to be developed,
yes we need an RBL ,
yes we need production to rise ,
but debt roughly the same after RBL,
Director buys AM versus Paul Mc dade both have made.
So how are the fundamentals so different.
i only point out the similarities ,
a lot more than the differences.
Look at there BB ,
None of the negative and gratuitous attacking on there.
AM did exactly what he had to do to get us in a position to GROW.
Anybody who doesn't accept that has the right to leave the share ,
but funny they do not leave the BB as well.
GLA.
Sorry folks 3rd and last attempt to beat the syntax.

Good Morning Everyone,
Well here we are battered and bruised,
people rightly asking questions as to why ,
apportioning blame ( not always justifiably ).
What I will attempt to demonstrate below is that the disconnect between SP and the company fundamentals is so vast and real and unexplainable as to be laughable.
It can be argued that AM along the way has made errors of judgement,
The markets will do what they do ( pigs at the trough etc ) but eventually VALUE will be recognised.
So her we go a simple comparison between COPL and AFENTRA, a company which has just come out of 9 month suspension after RTO making 2 acquisitions which will not complete until Q4.
AFENTRA COPL
SHARES 220M 262M

Now surely it plain to see the DISSCONECT.
Study for yourselves.
https://afentraplc.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/AET-RNS-FINAL-100822.pdf
Now there are other differences + and – between the 2 companies of course but the basics are there for all to see.
NOTE .
I have not even mentioned the possible returns from the discovery 85 – 100% WI.
The naysayers will of course pick holes in this simple comparison
BUT THE SIMPLE TRUTH IS WE HAVE FAR MORE POTENTIAL TO GROW THAN THEY DO.
KEEP THE FAITH.
GLA.
We've done it again Tiburn, lol
i agree about the filter and i will be pushing for that in the group,
i am sure we have both mentioned it before but it has gone unheeded.
Only ignoring them totally with no responses will reduce this problem to a level where their influence can not hurt PI's will do it.
B.
Hello Tiburn,
i understand your points and this is by no means an ideal situation,
it is only intended to be a safe space where people can talk to other people who may have a better understanding of the issues without fear of being ridiculed or criticized.
It is not intended to replace the board ,
i hope in the near future this board can return to what it once was ,
that is why people like yourself and Stas 20 and others would be welcome and anybody who might find talking to others useful.
This will not be a CABAL seeking to influence the company,
if you want to talk to AM he will listen,
i myself emailed him a week sunday afternoon , introduced myself and received an answer from him 2 hours later.
So that option is open to anybody.
The problem here has been that the reaction of opinions of any news is instantly affected and pounced on by the trolls,
the negativity kills the value before we even have time to react.
i myself cannot wait until this situation changes,
but for now maybe a safe space can help other PI's.
