Tu be or not Tu be this is the JV question11 Oct 2022 22:00
Good Evening Everyone,
I have been a little quiet of late but unfortunately I have had distractions in my personal life but have followed progress on the board as usual.
Firstly I may I congratulate AM and the team from COPL for their OUTSTANDING and thoroughly PROFESSIONAL submission to the commission.
To any of our brothers and sisters who had doubts about the competence of the company they have invested their money I hope all such fears have now been permanently allayed.
There has been much questioning of AM's strategy and tactics and impatience for market responses
to good news , I confess that at times I have also been disappointed at the lack of SP progress and may still be in the coming weeks. But Rome wasn't built in a day lol.
The markets have a very narrow view of progress at the moment .
They clearly have no interest in potential which COPL currently has in abundance.
They are only impressed by the bottom line ,
which over the near future is about to move into the black .
But what I have NEVER DOUBTED are the FUNDAMENTALS,
which since the original purchase of ATOMIC the NEW DICOVERY and the purchase of CUDA
have gone from PROMISING to OUTSTANDING to OFF THE SCALE.
We now have the prospect of a JV partner, AM said originally that he wanted to go it alone,
I always thought in the current geopolitical situation this was going to be difficult and time consuming and difficult.
Now we have a possibility for me of the PERFECT SOLUTION for me.
I never wanted a take out before delineation we would not get our proper value from that scenario,
now we may end up with a partner with deep pockets willing to go the whole way lol.
So why the change of tactics ?.
He told us all along there were problems with PIPE.

He also told us recently that “ its to big “.
There may be many permutations at play here,
maybe the JV partner or ourselves will take out the CNOOC 15% I wouldn't be surprised if a new JV partner especially a ( large US listed company ) would rather only deal with only one partner.
Folks we may have to get used to giving ( whilst maintaining operator status ) a large percentage of future WI in the deeps .But who cares!!!!!!!.
If the JV partner is serious and AM's wish to go to secondary recovery is to be realised ,
the JV partner maybe looking at $200 million to delineate and prepare infrastructure for the future.
I will not attempt to put a figure on the full value of a fully delineated deeps .
All we need to understand is that it is a huge number and will probably make some of our brothers and sisters millionaires.
I have every penny I can spare in here,
As everyday goes by we are clos
