Ukraine can't agree neutrality to start, because you never accept the first offer. They have to fight, so that russia doesn't get ideas. It's not just about NATO, it's about their self determination. In order to exist as a country that is not totally dominated by Russia, they have to at least make total domination very inconvenient. They agree to neutrality, but they get to keep their independence, whereas if they agreed neutrality to start, Putin would have pushed for more control.

My only thought is that the div is not guaranteed, Evraz cancelled theirs. That being said though, I'm long, and holding, if they do cancel the div, will come back eventually, need to just chill.

The problem I see with this theory.
First, as far as I know, it's only RA sanctioned, so thw other oligarchs would have to destroy their good names to do this.
Then, assuming they got sanctioned, they be crossing the line between sanctioned, and becoming wanted for fraud.

Just thought I'd say, we all need to be patient. The share's have been suspended less than a Month. We're probably looking at a few months, maybe longer of suspension, and you just need to sit tight. I'm thinking I might just forget about EVRAZ for the time being, and keep my eye out for other opportunities.

I put about 25% of my ISA in evraz, and poly. Wasn't willing to go all in, but fair play to those who have. I can tolerate a 25% loss, but I don't want to risk the whole ISA, it's taken me a while to get to where I am, working loads of Hours through the pandemic, putting it all on oil, and rolls Royce etc.

Was just reading about Warren Buffet, saying people should spend less time watching thw market, and just chill. Seems relevant here. Once flying resumes, it will fly.

TBH, I'm just happy EVR isn't sanctioned. Suspension is fine for me, as long as the company can still function. Some companies have been totally cut off. Hopefully it will all blow over in a few months.

One thing I will say though, go fast, but don't rush it. Last thing we want is an accident with SMR, would destroy RR reputation.
