It would be nice if global warming extended our drilling season to about 10 months of the year, but we don't live in a utopian world unfortunately, so we wait until the news comes. Understand what you are saying Waynesmith, I'm in the same boat as are many on here, but at least it's moving in the right direction. It won't happen overnight but it's a start. I'm trying to be upbeat,even though it will be tough.

I don't enjoy saying what I've said this week, but it's all true. This company has been mismanaged for a long time now,they have to keep raising more and more money to keep this company afloat mainly due to excessive pay for those at the top,i understand that there are development costs which are not cheap and that people have to be paid, but if directors pay is out of control that needs to be highlighted. All I'm saying to the directors is show a bit of restraint until this does come good, then you can reward yourselves. It's simply good housekeeping.

Hopefully you are right jjp. As for your comments "Genuinely you don't have a clue what your talking about or what's going to happen here in the next month " so I expect you know then? I do know what will happen if the bod don't get a grip on the situation, there won't be anything to manage.

So andyh what's the point of having a AGM if you don't address shareholders concerns? I've never heard of an AGM without a Q&A session, just seems counterproductive not to. Every session I've attended has always had a Q&A session at the end of the meeting. So i don't know where you get that from? Will admit they can't always give definitive answers, but most tell you as much as they can.

Good morning everyone, Mike Buck will put meat on the bones as soon as he can. He can't say anything until he knows for sure exactly what they have, that would just be irresponsible and I'm sure he's a lot more professional than that. I know it does seem to drag on, but as they say "a watched pot never boils ".

Another thing I forgot to mention as regards patience, I think that run out a long time ago, and I think that I can speak for many people on this board when I say that. The bod has had its chances as far as I'm concerned we need to have concerted action now before it's too late. The bod needs to get its act together and work their socks off to turn this company around for the benefit of investors rather than the benefit of themselves.

Listen Fredd1eboy I'm not damming the company in any way, I'm just trying to wake shareholders up to the reality that the BOD are a useless pile of crap who have no regard for anyone but their own self interests. As for giving them a free hand to issue as many shares as they like, that was a master class in stupidity especially with the BOD we have got here. If the BOD were a responsible/sound group of people don't think shareholders would have minded so much, but with the self serving morons we have here it's a recipe for disaster. Tell me I'm wrong and why?

I've just noticed that one of my posts have been taken down by LSE, perhaps I may have hit a nerve with my comments, funny how the truth always seems to get buried. Might help if the BOD got off their fat ar.es and done something to steady the ship. Wouldn't be a bad start to get control of the situation and point us in the right direction. Thats a joke to start with, how else are they going to furnish their luxury lifestyles then? Although they will profess its in the interests of the company that a placing has to be done, I personally don't believe a word of it. Don't think a lot of people on here realise that they are being taken for mugs, cos that is what is happening. Like I said before these people are salesmen in suits, who probably don't give a toss about the company as long as they are okay

Just been looking at prem fundamentals, just over 7m bought? How can this be right when you have just two deals @10 and 12m gone through this morning. Something not right about this.

I think the thing that annoys me the most is that we as shareholders have trusted the company to do a good job and develop the drugs for people that really need help,in return the management have spectacularly destroyed that trust with their inability to manage the company in such a way that it's virtually on its knees. Where's the accountability here,answer is there is none, it doesn't help that the management were given free rein at the last AGM, of which we are now paying the price.

Totally agree with you Oil Beast, but I also believe that the Bod should only be paid on the results and performance. There should also be a mechanism to claw back salaries when directors underperform, maybe their should be some kind of shareholder revolt against the company. If they are constantly underperforming maybe it's time for underperforming directors to go and get someone who knows how to run the company properly. There have been many of these actions going on in other companies recently where shareholders have been getting a raw deal and have just had enough of greedy company directors helping themselves to rewards they just don't deserve!

I just feel so angry that these idiots are not only squandered the money that genuine shareholders have put into the company,but also the poor people who need these drugs to survive. The bod have not only let down investors, they're letting down the very people that they profess to be trying to help. The only people they are helping is themselves on our money, they're not going without are they?
