Sorry Valju no I don't see it as greed at all,all most of us are asking for is for the company to be run efficiently and to be kept in the picture as much as they can. Don't think that's too much to ask for do you?

Can't agree with your earlier statement Woody these directors should know what to do for the good of the company. I went for 7 months without any pay when times were tough, but we got through a sticky patch, so I'm not asking for the BOD to do anything i haven't or wouldn't do myself. There is a time and a place to reward yourself and now is not that time.. l do think that the senior management have more than adequately rewarded themselves for what they have achieved up until now. In my view they need to achieve much more than they have for the money they have already recieved. Anyway it shouldn't fall to us to advise the Bod what they should be doing, they should instinctively know what they need to do?

Well Fredd1eboy none of us want the company to go down, but the facts are if this management don't get a better grip on the financial side of things that's exactly what will happen. Poor management is what drags many companies under, they either need to wake up or change the management structure. Weakness in any company is not good, of course the banks and finance companies want you to be in debt because that's how they make their money. Criminals in suits is how I have always viewed these financial institutions, if you keep that in mind you won't go wrong.

Totally agree with you Tozerk. A good strong business cannot be run in this way. That's why so many businesses fold,because too many people are taking too much money out, it's all about money management which these individuals seem to know little about. If you are trying to build a strong company you need to have as little debt as possible, it's exactly the same as your own personal finances, avoid debt where possible. Categorise your debt as good or bad debt, if it's bad then don't do it. I personally have set up several companies in the past so I know what I'm talking about and not one of them went bust. Always remember if you can't afford it don't have it! I'm debt free people have said to me aren't you lucky, it's nothing to do with luck it's to do with sound financial management. Fact

As I said before I'm not against fundraising,but it would be nice to see the BOD doing their share to keep our costs down, because without this the company will fold. You can't expect pi's to do their bit all the time without management taking the lead. The clue is in the word 'management 'and most investors expect the management to manage the company, not bankrupt it. This irresponsible action is what's putting private investors off from further investment! Fact!

Before the BOD go into fundraising mode they need to get the share price up to a reasonable level, otherwise you are continually diluting the company assets. Maybe if the BOD were to suspend their lavish saleries just for one year the company would be in a better place? It would not only benefit the company, but also the shareholders. It's not as if they couldn't afford to do it considering how much they have taken out of the company. There seems to be a lot of self serving individuals on the board, that would also eradicate the need for so many fundraising activities and benefit the company as a whole. I'm not against fundraising, but it needs to be for the right purposes!

Yes Bigoiler i will answer your question , my name is also Alan and have had a look at your (Alan) he seems very knowledgeable about the oil industry, and if he thinks that the future here looks good, then who are we to disbelieve what he is telling us, only a fool would do that. As for future oil prices who knows for certain? Nobody, but I do think that this will be the driver for the share price along with the good news we are all keenly anticipating. Wouldn't like to stick my neck out too far but if the oil price stays where it is or increases slightly 6p definitely on the cards.

Your last comment "big mark ups for pharmas " made me think about something else, big mark ups for farmers, both true. Another good reason why we should all stay here, holding on grimly. Two things you never see are poor farmers and dead donkeys, anyone else heard that one? May also apply to the other sort of pharmas.

Happy to be back home amongst you all, it's been hell sitting on that beach every day wondering what's been going on. Glad to be back to some sort of normality, have i missed much?
