Good morning everyone, ohwhatanight it has been my understanding that SOLG has always had first dibs on any disposal of cornerstones shares in SOLG? Can't imagine that NM would leave the company open to any predetor to just come along and scoop up any number of shares without any protection at all. It's just not his style,I would bet there would be adequate restrictions in place in case this scenario came about. Doesn't make any kind of sense not to have things in place to prevent any kind of hostile action.

Reading through the posts tonight i spotted "ohwhatanight's post at 21:07 talking about BHP concerning Cornerstones shares in SOLG, they won't get a chance to buy them as SOLG has got first refusal to buy them. Can't see NM letting that happen can you? I see we have a resident knob in our midst, namely Expert and his mate,I expect that they will soon disappear along with the other idiots this board seems to attract.

Quite agree with your synopsis Verbier Dave,especially with the view that MB wants to do the right thing by the company, and would look pretty silly if he said that we have struck oil and it turned out to be water. I would like to take issue with the serial derampers mainly Victor14 and Wild One 1, not sure you pair are even shareholders let alone LTH. If that were the case why would you always be knocking the management at every opportunity, surely that would not be in the interests of a true genuine shareholder, therefore I take it that you are not! Because if you were genuine shareholders you wouldn't behave in this way you would just accept that sometimes things do take a little longer to achieve especially when you are working in foreign lands where everything just doesn't happen overnight. Best of luck to all you genuine long term shareholders, we've waited this long so a little longer isn't going to hurt provided we get a positive outcome.

Don't know who this Mr Joseph is but he has certainly got some confidence in the company. He's also got some serious money, good luck to him, nice to see someone with the balls to put their money where their mouth is.

On a positive note I noticed that buyers are still outnumbering sellers by quite some margin, so there's no shortage of interest from an investment point of view. We will have to wait until they are ready to issue the news good or bad, I'm predicting that the news will be good as they seem to be taking their time over it. Best to get it right first time imo. Patience is what is needed at this moment in time, I know you have heard it all before, but it really doesn't hurt to reiterate.

I too have shall I call it safe money put aside in trusts, but maybe a little investment to conquer your average may not be a bad thing to do? You have done well Kev, good on you nothing wrong with a profit, but it's not the same for everyone. Davie46 is unfortunately stuck under water at present, hopefully that will change in the future,best buy while you can at these cheaper prices to bring down your average then you might benefit like Kev has. I know that sometimes it's not always possible to have the funds to do this,but that's why it's a good strategy to keep some in the bank so that if the situation arises you will have money to fall back on.

I would just like to add that it's probably a generational thing, but I believe that honesty is as important as profit I know it's a rare event on Aim, but it has served me well as i have been lucky enough to have earned a reasonable lifestyle from investing over the years. That said I'm not about to abandon that principle to earn an extra few quid by being like some on here who have no morals whatsoever. You know who you are!

Think I'm with Scully in the way I read what goes on here and on the Aim generally. There's so many scumbags on Aim who say one thing and do the complete opposite. As Scully said the definition of a genuine holder is somebody who actually holds the share, the clue is in the word holder. The genuine part is someone who has the foresight to understand where this share has the potential to go and hold through thick and thin until that time arrives, and i believe it will nothing much has changed the resources are still there and as far as we know the company who is in the data room are still there and I'm sure that there will be others who will be circling around who can now get involved now that the exclusivity agreement has come to an end. Who knows maybe the company that's currently in the data room felt that the project was too bigger deal to do alone and would feel more comfortable with a joint venture with another major just to spread any risk.

Interesting comments on your post this morning Brynjon, especially the reference to Alan Burns the man who knows everything about the oil business. If it was good enough for him to get excited about Bahamas it's good enough for me, so I shall carry on buying as many as I can while prices are as cheap as they are.

Having just read your posts today I can only conclude that you are not a shareholder/ investor ,you appear to be more of a trader than an investor or maybe just impatient who knows? I'm referring to you wild one 1, seems like you are trying to create some turbulence in the share price so you can trade it up and down, your choice but if you miss the boat it's down to you. Is it really worth the risk? I think not.
