I maybe wrong but isn't that what all the fuss was all about last year? Yes irishmouse that's the problem "They just don't do news until they are good and ready " which is some way to run a company. Especially when you have shareholders that you are supposed to answer to, mind you I'm sure we have always been an irrelevance so long as the bod can keep on drawing their fat salaries. Kept in the dark and fed on sh.t pretty much sums everything up.

Understand what you are saying cperkin, but where's the transparency we were all promised and regular updates as to what is going on within the company? Don't see much in the way of regular news updates? Can totally understand why some have sold out and moved on, when i first invested in this company i was expecting to be kept in the picture to some degree, I know they can't tell you every detail, but we get hardly anything.

I draw attention to what was stated by Drewky about people getting over excited,been here for years and i can honestly say it's never happened to me, well not with this company? As far as I'm concerned, with all that went on last year/this year regarding "better communication with shareholders " don't think anything has changed. The bod can promise all they like, but as far as I'm concerned it will be business as usual, and f..k the shareholders! Just shows how out of touch your bod really are doesn't it?

Like the analogy of the canaries and some on here. Think getting away from AIM would definitely help and share buyback would be a good move providing it doesn't stunt the growth of the company. The progression of the company is paramount and nothing should get in the way of it.

Yes Oilbell i noticed that, but i also noticed that someone is also trying to depress the price by selling piddling little amounts �200-�300 trades. I wonder who that could be ( MM's) , surely not, they would never do that would they?

Good morning everyone, I understand your concerns Hoofhated all valid points that you make, but I also believe that Mike Buck has been around for a long time and I'm sure he is well aware of just what the Chinese are like. I'm sure that he is more than capable of dealing with all the issues that he may encounter,if the Chinese want in then let them have 10%or even 20% but no more,but they should be made to pay top dollar for any concessions as anybody else would have to do.. Matd should also put Sinopec on notice that if they try to reck the drilling that they will be replaced by another drilling company, but if they get on with the job then they will be rewarded with good bonuses.

I can understand why one or two people have reservations about Sinopec, simple answer to that is to add a penalty clause into the contract for any delays due to inefficiency and incompetence. Just to let them know that they are not going to be pis.ed about. The contract must have an allocated time attached to it, and if this is exceeded due to Sinopec 's inefficient or negligent behaviour that should trigger a penalty payment. Simple?
