Maximus, maybe you should think about becoming the area rep for ggp if you can generate sales such as this one. Your partner must trust your every word to shell out 20k just like that, good luck to both of you.
Leo Koot, what can you say about this man, I call him the postman as he always delivers. Our purple man is on the ball again, let's hope that we get a similar result as saffron 1. Good luck to all and Good Morning. Blue day hopefully?
Well all I can say Spymaster is I'm more than happy with the fuel consumption,I do my own servicing and parts for my Audi A4 avant are not much more expensive than most other cars. I don't pay for parking, no green zones or red routes whatever they are and £35 per year car tax, so what's not to like.
To be honest Spymaster I wouldn't bother having an all electric car. Possibly a hybrid might be better if you have to have something of that ilk. But I do know someone who does have a hybrid it seems ok but he only goes down the village 3/4 days a week. He once went to Cornwall from London,it should take about 4 hours , it took nearly 11 hours because of the need to keep charging the battery. He said that there were no high capacity chargers available, only the standard normal chargers which take so long to charge, then the other problem is that you don't get a full charge. So having had over 48 years in the motor trade,I wouldn't pi55 on one if it was on fire, you can't beat a trusty modern day diesel car @ 70+miles per gallon why wouldn't you.
RE: EIS funding for area around Telfer21 May 2020 14:35
Perhaps it's just WAG's way of getting employment into the area by giving inducements to companies that are prepared to speculate, regardless of their size. It's a bit like the British government give sweetners to companies like Nissan and Honda for their cooperation.
Magic you were Magic, didn't know much about geology but I'm certainly learning fast with your presentations. Many thanks for your efforts and opinions, you made it seem fun to learn again, just like being back at school again,in a nice way. Maybe you should take up lecturing full time, no idea what you do,but you certainly have a flair for that type of thing. Many thanks again this presentation has made me more confident in my investment choices, so much so that I've just bought some more.
Thanks Wolf, I only did what I needed to do to get to where I needed to be. As for you jessell try not to bother me again,as your attitude leaves a lot to be desired, especially your last comment which I should report, but luckily for you I'm not that sort.
Just to let you know,I've also been here a long time and my original average was.9 so yes I have worked hard to get my average down and also worked hard to put in the extra money to make this possible. Been here for about 5.5 years and although it's not been plain sailing it's certainly been eventful, getting diluted etc.
Jessell I'm not slapping myself on the back at all as you put it. I've worked hard to get where I want to be and I've invested hard when the opportunity arises, so don't give me any of that old claptrap. I'm sure that you would have had the same opportunity to top up your investment, however you decided not to which is your prerogative, but don't decry those that had the belief to improve their situation, then make it seem like good luck. Rant over!
Agreed it's always nice to have steady upward momentum rather than spikes. I'm already in profit here, but people must be crazy to sell at this point in time, this is only the start of what's coming. I've been here a long time so I want to make the most of the situation not sell out cheaply, been topping up on a regular basis waiting for the day to come, so it's within our grasp and hopefully my investment strategy will have paid off.
Agreed aston we have been expecting news for months now,but I have to point out that as you say this week does seem different from other weeks and we're getting very close to news and for that reason I think that is why this week will probably be different as investors recognise the fact.
Good volumes so far today, strong buying ahead of expected news,a few sellers which is always the case. Can see this surging later today or possibly tomorrow in anticipation of news towards the end of the week. I won't be selling anything until we get to 1p, but I'm sure others will have a very different strategy.
RE: Greatland Will Be Bought Out By Newcrest Before Xmas19 May 2020 09:07
I see the sellers are out, really can't understand why anyone would be selling at the moment. I know some on here will say that profit taking is good and that you need sellers so that others can buy, but it does seem a little short sighted to be selling at this time.
Good morning Magoo, thought I recognised the name then I had a look at your profile and I noticed that you have appeared on cerp. Have to agree with you about what we have been waiting for here, not too far away now, can't wait!
