Does anyone think that the corruption in Bangladesh will be solved by the new government? I sincerely hope that this will be its main focus and the possibility of extradition of Hasina to stand trial for corruption in Bangladesh. Why not let her own people convict her, as they are the ones that have suffered badly under her regime.

You make some valid points here Tarkadahl, but the valid points here are that china is in control here and they don’t like to share the advantage. They will be as ruthless as they have to be, so don’t expect any favours from the Chinese because it ain’t going to happen.

I have to wholeheartedly agree with you Amy Stake. I do wonder if Hasina’s visit to China recently had anything to do with her desicion to quit the country? Maybe the Chinese would only give $7bn to Bangladeshi government as an interim payment, in exchange she had to resign, before further investment would then be made available. Seems plausible to me especially considering how much the Chinese have invested over the past few years in Bangladesh and the infestruture. Seems to me as though the Chinese hold the whiphand in the country.

Looks like we are getting stuffed yet again. I have been waiting for years for something to happen and I’m just about fed up with bad news all the time. Everything is getting from bad to worse, is this ever going to be a happy ending?

For those that don’t like corruption, I think that you are probably invested in the wrong place. Stockbrokers Bankers etc are notoriously known for being corrupt, it’s just that they hide it well.As for governments we all know how corrupt they can be, so with that in mind why not. If it gets the job done give it a try, remember corruption starts at the top and dribbles down. You only have to look at the government that we have in this country.

Aeschylus I have spent a good deal of my time stuffing money into brown envelopes more or less made a career out of it, it definitely works and it definitely speeds things up. Can’t see anything wrong with that and everyone gets what they want but much quicker. Anyway I won’t be selling anytime soon, I’ve been here for years and it was only a suggestion to get the ball rolling a lot faster. Sometimes a change in direction thinking wise can be an advantage and in my experience the higher you go up the ladder the more corruption there is.

Bobby I think it’s difficult to price accurately, if you add in possible funding from EU and WHO this could be anything depending on how this is managed. One thing I can tell you is that the price it is now is just a fraction of what it’s likely to be in the future.

People on here that keep saying that they can’t buy anything around the 2p price range need to be reminded that at 5p is still for nothing compared to future prices. It’s a no brainer where this is going in future years when you consider how the world is changing.

So what’s wrong with a little ramping it’s certainly justified given that we have come a long way from where we were a couple of weeks ago and just think of where we are heading in the next few months. I’m expecting a good run as soon as we get the go ahead from Hasina and her government, which can’t be that far away. Share of the year, possibly more.

You certainly wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend now would you, only a fool or a trader would risk that. The game is definitely hotting up and many will benefit especially those in Bangladesh and the wise ones on here.
