Because it's rubbish that's why - it's not a 'traders share, it's not the grand old duke of york. On the whole it's down, 70% in the last year, no one is making money from that...
Some days it goes up, others it goes down, as do all shares. It won't be the same people buying and selling, some sellers will be hoping to get in lower, others will be off buying something else or holding their money in cash. Then as it falls it will come to the attention of others and they will buy. Maybe they'll sell for 10%, maybe they'll become long term holders.
Stop imagining that others are making fortunes at your expense, they aren't. I mean they might be making a lot elsewhere, they might be making *less* of a loss here than you but no trader is good enough to continually scalp profits with this sort of price action.
