Motoring now. Maybe those realising how little the risk is here vs how high the reward.

I am sticking with waist height, not just because it looks that big to me, but also thinking about 2m high looks unlikely due to the heightened(!) risk of it toppling over. If, based on the footprint, it needed to be 2m high, I would expect them to have kept it waist high and increased the footprint instead, to avoid the risk of having something that you could knock down with a feather.

I don't see them being put on a fork lift, as the base only looks about 18" to 20" wide.

With the weight of FC stacks and batter pack, I'm guessing at 20kg max. Something one person can lift off the back of a van just like a Petrol/Diesel Generator. Wheels and handles would make it much easier to move around, but the lack of them on the launch image suggests it's not so heavy that is needs them.

Yeah, there could well be tasty dividends in the not too distant future, as payback on the debt to fund production will be paid back in one year. Thus a no-brainer to me, and will be to the pension funds once ALL get production started.

Battery factories being built in the UK and Europe will pick this companies Lithium, as the carbon footprint will be lower, and there will be much better security of supply.

Not if you look at just the top container only? The bottom one is for water storage isn't it? Which Extreme E needs, but other places the water could just be allowed to drain away.

In the S Series blurb published before, it was said that the S Series would be up to 1/5 of the size of the L. Right now they are saying 1/4, but they will be working on reducing that as much as possible, so 1/5 may come along later.

Mike was standing next to an AFC L Series 40kw system, thus he is saying that a 40kW S Series would be the size of a telephone box, not a 10kW air cooled HFC system.

40kW in a phone box makes my 'waist height' 10kW system sound about right.

Look at the full size Power Tower image, look at the fittings an button sizes. My perception based on that is also waist height, otherwise the buttons would be designed for toddlers LOL!

I got paid yesterday, including my 2021 bonus, so I had a nibble here at the open, having had these on my watchlist for a few months.

I've also been watching the Lithium price, which is currently described as follows:

497,500 Yuan = £59,316.63 per tonne

This backs up the ALL RNS from today, and demonstrates the ability of ALL to fill the 300,000 tonne gap ahead, buy ramping up production in line with demand, and selling all of it's production. The price squeeze is likely to increase the Lithium price in the short term too, so very little downside risk here.

Thus I see ALL as a buy and long term hold at this low MCap.

Brent Crude is also back at $118.3 right now, so Diesel prices could be rising again soon.

How big is it?

Someone said 'telephone box', which looks like an exaggeration to me.

The stacks are only 2.5kW each. We saw a 10kW S Series stack picture a few months ago, and it wasn't huge, certainly not something that would need a telephone box sized enclosure even with the battery pack.

My view of the image and the 10kW stack suggests the Power Tower is waist height for someone around 5' 9". This would make it easy to integrate a sack truck into the design (just add wheels and handles, easy).

I was actually waiting to see if AFC made a small H2 genset like this, as I had an idea a while back for something that would be a variation on this, with a different use, so I'll now send that to AFC.

Has anyone else checked out the location of the Hotel for the AGM?

I find it rather interesting that the Hotel is right next to Mercedes Benz World, and Brooklands Museum, either of which could host an AFC EV Charger, and/or the HFC for it's launch, for AGM visitors to see and for ii's to see at a typical pre-AGM presentation.

Brooklands Museum, oh look McLaren, they who joined Extreme E this year. And the Museum incorporates Brooklands Race Circuit.

These are ideal for workmen using power tools such as chop saws, drills, marble polishers, wood floor sanders, nail guns, anything a contractor might bring to site. These power tools can be anything from about 800W to 8kW, so a 10kW system will allow for up to several hand tools to be used.

Being a H2 system, the Power Tower can be used indoors, where diesel gensets could not, thus reducing greatly the trails of 110v cabling on site, which H&S will like.

So now think about not just big companies like Acciona, Keltbray, Mace, etc that could use this Power Tower, but also all of the building trades contractors, independent house and general builders, carpenters, floor layers, etc that could buy this new generator.

The Russian and Ukrainian peace negotiators held a video chat on Monday for peace talks.

It's going to go up and down based on the rumours coming from Turkey, Israel etc on peace talks. The second talks are announced I see 200p to maybe 250p here. During talks the volatility will increase (a day traders wet dream) and it could be ups and downs of 100p easily. If a verbal agreement is made, 400p to 500p. Written agreement and withdrawal of Russian army, could easily go straight back to £10, as there would be no reason for it to be any lower.
