How I work out the approx size of the Power Tower.

An L Series 10kW stack is slightly smaller than the KORE cartridges seen in this presentation:

An S Series / HFC 10kW stack, scroll down to the post from 16 December 2021. This looks about 1/4 of the size of the L Series stack (having myself stood in front of one on a tour of AFC a few years ago).

The stacks for the Power Tower are approx 1/4 of the size of the 10kW S Series stack, and 4 of those are in the Power tower, one on top of the other as per the vents in the cabinet.

So in your mind chop up that S Series / HFC stack into quarters and put them on top of each other. They don't take up a lot of space, and I see no reason to build a 2m high cabinet just to fit those and a battery buffer in.

I will stick with around waist height, but maybe go a little higher to a max of chest height on someone about 5' 9", and I look forward to pics from the AGM of people posing next to it LOL!

Back in 2017 AFC had an agreement for a Microgrid at Dunsfold Park. What held it back it was the planning issues of the housing estate development and then covid.

Have a read of the details on the links below, which show that the project isn't dead yet so could still happen. But more importantly, now that ABB are including a 200kW FC Module as part of it's Microgrid product offering, the Dunsfold Park plan could easily be replicated anywhere by AFC, ABB, or AFC + ABB.

Re Dividend.

I cannot forsee any issues with POLY from EUROCLEAR, because POLY is not impacted by ANY of the sanctions, therefore EUROCLEAR have no case to prevent the dividend being paid.

If any dividends need to go to anyone in Russia that might be impacted by sanctions, their dividend can be held is ESCROW until sanctions are lifted, and everyone else will get theirs paid on the divi date.

EVR is not POLY. EVR has Roman Abramovich heavily linked, not legally in control but believed to have some control over EVR, they were also accused of providing steel to build Russian tanks, which is false as we know, it was invented so that they could hurt RA, as they had nothing they could publish that would cover it.

Latest US sanctions are not good for POG, but could be good for POLY, as POG can't sell its Gold in Russia due to the agreement they have with the sanctioned entity, but POLY can sell its Gold no problem (otherwise POLY would have issued an RNS to say so).

US Gold sanctions doesn't affect POLY. It's more about Russia selling gold (using it as currency) than buying it.

Yes!

I see the big systems being used in the early construction phases, such as site clearance and levelling, excavation, foundations and structure, cladding and windows. The smaller systems can start appearing on site as the HVAC, plumbing, wiring and structured cabling, are installed. As the site progresses to interior fit out, more smaller systems could be brought in for the tradesmen doing the partition walls, bathrooms/toilets, kitchens, doors, decorating, lighting and power outlets, etc.

This small unit is great for inside work such as drills, saws, routers, sanders, floor polishers (marble etc), dehumidifiers, heaters, and other power tools up to say 8kW (the extra 2kW will cover the start up power surge).

Bigger systems will certainly be available, soon I would expect. Now that AFC have shown us they can do 2.5kW stacks as well as 10kW stacks, then you can see they easily can produce very granular power sizes, later this year up to the 100kW and 200kW systems that ABB have ordered.

There are actually a fair few options of electric plant out there.
