only 60pc put back into ariana to maintain holding ... and future regular divis

is there a different way to manage tis if one wants to keep their total arianna holing.
On the x divi date id imagine aau shares will drop by the amount of the divi
Hopefully they will rise on confirmation of one off divi.

i am moving all shares slowly to only ones that produce divi, so a regular divi policy will be very important here for me.

I keep getting hit with dividend cuts on my large ftsie companies, Glaxo will be the next, one third down.
So im buying mining stocks gold silver copper, the divis are typically 4 to 6pc, and IF !!!!! inflation takes off gold will protect well.
Im looking at lgen to diversify, and watching the price retrrace at the moment, seemingly no one knows why.
Id apprecaite a candid overview from one of the board experts, is this a nice stable household company which will have an advantage if inflation kicks in or interest rates rise, is the divi safe/rising ... opinion only not advise of course.

There has to be a very good reason for absolutely no newsflow and missed deadlines.
Its been suggested that km is uneconomic at these prices, or figures are bad when converted to the Russian sysrem teo.
or foced cuttoff point has woesened figures. however that still is no reason for dripping newsflow this year to get the share price to a reasonable level in the interim.
As ive said previously proactive interviews , board buying shares, the normal events in an exlporation company would move the share price.
So the question is, why no shouting from the rooftops, why no dir buying, why seemingly board happy with a share price that used to be 44p now 1.6p, and as there is no communication from the company these questions are unanswerable. Furthermore there is no reason to buy more shares, or for newbies to come on board if no one knows what the company is up to.

Rose, re you figure for a takeover, the share price has been 44p, (with less shares, and without the "transformational" 2018 drilling added, and with much lower nickle price, and much much lower copper and precious metal prices)

No point in going on, al, it needs is a good interview, board buying £100,000 shares own money, etc to blow this skywards.

Tesla with battery, storage, cars, solar, space, could be worth supermuch in years to come, so cant be ignored, i guess a tech fund is the safest way to buy it.

spreadbet... I was quite happy with amc on igindex to risk losing all (it was paid down to .5p, what I didnt expect that while waiting on rollover to get to the hopeful mega rise, igindex in the middle of a contract stopped dealing amc and forced a closure at 1.7p, (it had been 44p). so warning on spreadbetting, you may be forced to close your position at a low by the spreadbetting co.

Is there any feeling for if and when a divi might be given by gg,..... obviously after production !!! .. It would be nice to forget and hold long term. I guess companies dont give guidance on this until well into commercial production?

divi can be calculated on expected forward divi, or last divis.
am I right in thinking with this site pecentage divi is the last 4 divis received in the last 12 months incuding any decalred but not paid ??? So today at 1358 the dividend is 5.89% over the last 12 months Thamks

desert kindly clarified ozatin deal will dilute income throwoff by half, and a large chunk of money will be returned to shareholders which would indicate aau cant use it profitably.
With this change its probably unlikely regular divis, and divi policy apparently clarified late june.

It would be nice to just leave this holding if there is a good chance of stable capital increase,.. if.
In the meantime aau dropped, and gold dropped 40 dollars yesterday,

Suprised aau came off its highs as would have thought this money now in the share price, and a share price drop of same amount when its due.
So aau cant profitably use all of that money?

I do like situations where the capital in a shae is untouched and a divi can be used, just feels better. So tending towards poly brwm and very near term producers as pur, so although ive been in aau for years fres may be a better match.

i am not understanding the divi policy can you help please. Have we any idea if a regular divi is likely in the ..near.. future, if not is fres perhaps a better bet. Will they spend all on exploration, or likely free cash flow for regular divi.
