iron ore income has to pay for overheads, actually the ceo salary is quite high for a company as this, its super sad the board dont have say 5pc of the company in paid for shares where they would love share price increase. 44p few years back 1.6 now.

I watch other boards where the members say.. wow so animated so enthusiastic... I would like some of the same from amur.

As before, any news enthusiasm interviews board buying significant shares own money would help here. Any approaches in the future need to be from a much higher base than this. To think this was 44p and many thought on way to 100 a while ago.

If there is a t/o sometime in the future surely some snippets of news enthusiasm interviews to get the shareprice to a reasonable level first would be good.. its allready been to44p without takeover.....

Did u see what happened to pur, they were an explorer priced 150 late last year, first gold poor went ok, then they had problems in commercializing it and price dropped to 60, (now 75 after dir buys and ramping up problems sorted. . )

So why no enthusiasm from amc.. no shouting we are here, no interviews, no mine plan teo , 2018 results added not really clear, for a company whos shares are worth the price of a top london house many billions of metals owned.

its almost as if for some years ry would like pi s to sell up...... As a geologist ry did an amazing job, he also dealt with the Russian sysem to get a 100% ownership license to mine, however under his stewardship the share price has fallen from 44p to 1.4p

Oh for a ftsie dir to join board, or for an amc dir to buy 100k of shares with own money.. or an interview... or newsflow.....

thankyou sasa, yes aware of that (poly div) and expect to see rise up to thursday, up a bit today. Intesting to see if it drops by divi amount.. I see gold hit 1798 then dropped back. (Nickle holding around 8.1 today)

Whats your "view" on nothing enthusiastic from amc for years except for the few months AH came aboard... with speculative vshares in future I will only buy if directors themselves are baying shares, what motivation is there to act in shareholders interests if large salary and expenses are being drawn.. just imagine if a couple of directors bought £100k amc shares with their own money...
How can newbies come aboard with no mine plan no teo no fully understood 2018 drill results added no explanation loss of AH no dir buying no interviews.......

superwise you diverifying with other metals
im struggling to find uk cos or funds (to avoid hmrc paperwork for foreign shares), and prefer those with divi. BRWM fund with divi covers some but not all metals. I assume ur in the more exotic metals as well, any suggestions to research? I saw tec met recommended but foreign and cant follow it on lse.

Re amc, for copper and nickle, for years we've had missed targets no enthusiastic interviews no shouting from rooftops (apart from briefly ah)
It would seem that amc board does want to remain low profile and waiting
However if this is so why not say we expect nickle price and demand to be higher in the future so there is no rush to submit teo make mine plan etc.

Thanku SPI Ill complain along the same lines about igindex spreadbet forced termination.. Where did 2029 come from? I had permanent rollover on, and in practice rolled 2 quarters at a time each time, the existing contract was to sept 2021 with auto rollover. How will you put a figure on the amount, Do you expect a result? Are you aware of any groups of peeps getting together on this, its not just amc of course.

Im happy to pay increased margins even to 100pc , but not happy to be force closed in the middle of a contract to sept

What do you see the loss ?..
To me it’s the removal of the possibility of a gain on a share on permanent rollover that’s already moved between 44p and 1.2p and a forced sale at 1.3p in the middle of a contract, how would you quantify that.

despite having read the rns im uncertain if the delayed teo is to be submitted in qtr 1 or by end of year

modjo.. in order to help you !?!! ig will halve the buy sell spread from them but you have to telefone.. it will take you a VERY long time to get through their tel system, then esculated to a dealer.
The loss to us is ig index average cost plus spreadbet costs, my average way above current price, im quite prepared to take the risk of much higher much lower share price, but not when the position is forcibly closed at a low!!! There is a lot of newsflow that may drop in the next 2 quarters and would radically alter the share price.

5 days till the end of qtr 1 when RY issued rns saying delayed teo would be submitted.

Geng, Sasa, When we sere informed no problem delaying license, the Russians have given 1 yr extension.
Did you read that as amc are now delaying up to a year, or there is no change to the previous rns, the teo is being submitted in qtr1 as rns, but the russian system has automatically given 1 year.... or is it not clear.

Sasa, what do you make of not shouting amcs position from the rooftops? No interviews, no dir buys, no clear explanations or spin on events.

Thank you for including your wording of coms to ig spreadbetting, I will do the same so at least something exists in writing to confirm there is no intention of selling at this time. Are you addressing it to a particular person.
surprised amongst everyone here there hasnt been a poster with spreadbets on ig amc and a legal background.

combi I would guess ig forcibly closing current spreadbet positions will result in a loss for most with them on amc, ive had this on auto rollover for years, its now at am almost low. Ive no problem with taking a risk up or down with a spreadbet with amc, but if it can be closed forcibly mid contract thats totally different risk. They are not allowing even the current contracts till sept to run their course.
What did the ombudsman say
Do you know others or groups that intend to seek recompense from ig
Have you any idea if forcibly closing position is legal? They say this is in latest terms n cond, how about unfair contract law

Even though the Russian system automatically gives a year no amendment to tis rns, lets hope ry keeps his word. Paperwork submitted rns and dir buy, and notice of some interviews needed....now...

combi my position is open till september, and on auto rolling contract. i invested on the basis of holding till a key event which could move price up or down, there would be no point if id known it would be force closed at nearly its lows.
ig said i could buy shares instead.. there is a huge difference, spreadbet profit is capital gains free , shares are taxed.

Additionally the paper loss incurred so far chrystelised by ig shortly by forced closing cannot be set against taxable profits on shares, so you will have to make nearly double to get back to your ig break even. anyway why buy shares with ig when they perform like this.

Please let the board know if you find any legal angles, or groups taking any action on this. So... you can place a spreadbet contracted to a date 7 months or so ahead on an auto rollover , and when the share is at a low point they can force close the position not allowing you the contracted time to recoup or make monies, seems strange, no one would invest on that basis if they thought there was a real chance of this happening.

combi.... Let us know if you find out anything about ig forcing positions to be closed before the end date of current positions let alone auto rollover please. They are saying its in the terms and conditions, however its a superbad time to close......... If you rebuy as shares you cant get the capital loss at present on the spreadbet, and if amc go up you will pay the capital gains tax getting back to the price you bought into ig. Bad bad bad, Is it legal????

We were officially informed of documents submission delayed to quarter one, no official communication since then informing of further delay so unless rnsd we must assume thats the case. The russssian system provides up to a year delay.

What seems strange to me is no enthusiastic presentations or rnss depite the huge proven metal reserves and nickel copper price increases. (with the exception of ah period) . Even with the 2018 results its not really sure if we sort of know them or not. Why no enthusiasm, newsflow, broadcast meetings etc. I note no new share buying by directors at these levels.

geng please expand. I am with igindex, positions to june and set, by being forced sell im out at a low price having paid and taken spread for these. Spreadex wont buy amc now only sell. This morning a dummy sell of £1000 on selftrade of real shares wouldn't go through.. too high amount... If I rebuy as shares lose facility of no tax (on spreadbet) and lose spread. Please expand your comment ig.. far reaching consequence

uk investor, why is it better in a normal account rather than spreadbet please if fully paid up as ig today?
IF amc goes back to its highs a standard account will be liable to tax, spreadbet is tax free.
Also if postions are sold today in spreadbetting any rolling contracts over last years will produce a loss which cannot be set against tax. sad have to close positions with ig mid contract at 1.6, sad spreadex will only sell amc now.

Anyone... Is there no comeback on a spreadbet company closing a stock mid contract?
