koffee .. how do you intend to buy lithium mines? are you looking at copper as well? ideally divi yielding . On Nickle (sulphate) AMC amur minerals with billions of Nickle and copper in the ground last week capitalized at 20 million 1.7p share has just had an approach. i wonder if Elon Musk knows.

Amc, sure weve been diluted to hell, however metals in the ground are worth more than 44p days, metal prices increased, more than just nickle stream (copper) possible, teo done and submitted ... share price has been 44p .. and up to a week ago amc was a go bust £0 or £1 possibility

My take, silly opening offfer will result in price sitting above this in anticiapation o higher bid and other entrants, followed by a dramatic rise through levels undreamed of with amc as shares allways overshoot and undershoot.

The worrying thing for me is the total absence of enthusiasm interviews rns from the board.. up till now maybe they didnt want opportunistic bid at low nickle price before infrastructure grant nickle price teo, maybe now their hands are tied due ongoing discussions.

some bought around those prices expecting a rise towards £1.
Since then, the amount of metal in the ground has increased significantly, copper and nickel price has more than doubled! teo has been submitted and is expected anytime/(nearterm/)
So perhaps when eventually amc IS taken over (or joint venture / production)!£! the share price will be 44p upward.
My average is 12p buying all the way up and down from pre license, im sure there are other similar.

It is a great shame Robin and the board haven't been shouting amc from the rooftops with twitter / interviews / enthusiasm /rnss over the last years, to get the value of the Co to a sensible level in view of potential in the ground, I can only guess he was waiting for the predicted huge increase in Nickle price.. which has now happened.

yes nor, however the value of the Nickle in the ground has increased, 2 metal streams is being considered, the teo is due any day, and Nickle price is dramatically higher trending up.

this hare has been to 42p.. at that point peeps me included bought at 32p looking for £1. The metals discovered since then have increased, the price of nickle has doubled. My average 12p. looking for 70p plus.

I told the board at meetings I wanted them to have all the share options possible they deserved it, Id prefer the options were 15 20 25p though.

How are you Sasa, I always take note of your comments and await with interest. What price do you see nickle going to? the stocks are progressively reducing daily, though at 11p more previously unprofitable mines can come on line.

some gov ministers now saying we are near war ukraine russia.. If draconian sanctions introduced by America what is the likelihood russia reclaiming strategic assets ie Nickle amc. And what is likelihood of this being a Johnson diversion mistruth.

For shareholder who has bought for the divi... lets say next year is ok as emma forecasts, and broker target £20 achieved.... well the holder will then see their divi cut by 1/3 after the split. Am I understanding this right. If the answer is the company will be worth more the share price higher but your divi 30pc less, the only way to profit is to sell and move the higher capital to a high yield alternative share as poly vod l n g. Really I dont want to sell, then losing a chunk in tax before re investing, however a rising stable divi is what im after.

As news of teo road etc could move the share price dramatically the strike price of free option shares should be 20p in my view. Anyone know if this is proposed?

Also merely by the board buying a decent amount of shares with their own money would probably move the share price a significant amount.

manual, are more cheap share options likely to be proposed, these need voting against, with news in the offing options are to be used to align the board with our interests, and reward them.. for performance..... so 20p plus im afraid its got to be.

cas thankyou, yes Im aware, however for a shareholder holding for the divi surely the net result is a third off the divi????? The price doesn't matter at all if not selling.

if you hold shares till Thursday 18th Nov you will receive the dividend, it will be paid later. 18th is xdiv date.
A share should fall the next trading day by the amount of the dividend.
Sometimes this doesn't happen for one reason or another.

I still cant see why if glaxo has been bought for income one would keep the 2 shares after the split, one some divi and massive debt, the other risky research and dev probably spending lots, with a total divi a third less than present. anyone care to explain to me why I should keep after split, rather than sell and invest in Poly 6pc exposure to gold, L and G 6pc and a global income fund?????

I remember at a previous agm said to Dir ..Hope you end up with a massive ammount of option shares, Im all for tat, He said mmmmm yes but at what price... The options then were around 20p plus I think, since then more have been given but at MUCH lower price.

Since the price has come down from 44p to 2p and news is possible soon.. teo finance road gov help.. Im no longer in favour of cheap options and would vote against.

Poly invested in chf ( chesterfield rec), a while ago, copper and gold, seem they got it right, 15pc up today rising. Nice investment for Poly with another listing and much higher gearing.
