Nickle price has rien from 5 to 9 in a year,
There are 2 tpes of nickle lacterite and sulphide the latter used for car batteries and has been at a premium, does anyone know which is in Haveron please? Anyone interested in nicle for evs may like to look at amc, 2p at present has been 44p, no newsflow from board so risky.

I'm slowly moving all shares into divi players, polymetal, l and g glaxo voda, however I'm hearing references to free cash flow .. move from explorer... anyone know if cash will be reinvested or in a reasonable timreframe divi here may be possible? id keep ggp then if its not taken over.

If the agm is in London will anyone want to ask why board doesn't shout their asset from the rooftops to get a sensible 20p base price for future fireworks.

i understand we will get shares in two companies, one consumer 3/4 of the present divi , and as you will favour this it will be loaded with the majority of glaxo debt. Do you really want this.
The other the pharma side, high risk and debt gone so can spend spend spend again.
Why should peeps like us hold onto thee shares when there are higher divi safer alternatives.

Tricky, from what ive seen iron batteries versus nickel batteries..
20pc less power..
but degrade slowly so after a few years performance equal, nickle batts degrade faster
more robust
discharge cycle life twice as long or more
big capacity reduction below zero degrees .. now solved with software and heaters.
iron batteries dont mind charging to full capacity
tesla now using iron batteries on some ranges.

If I were buying electric car id prefer a battery with much longer life cycles, and happy that after a few years use nickle and iron performance similar. Whats your view here, ive seen nothing that says iron technology batteries are a threat to nickle, and elon has invested o lot of dosh to get the best out of nickle batteries. Time for amc to move .

If amc board put out interviews, news, enthusiasm, board bought shares, id be temped to average down, however even though Nickle over 9, just quiet. Almost as if they want the share price low. (high was 44, now 2)

SASA ,,, hope all good with you, I've nothing to ay on amur as its impossible to understand direction and plan, and difficult to understand why amur dont shout their presence from the rooftops, and difficult to understand why dirs don't fill their boots with paid shares. At least the nickle etf i went into a while back has done superbly with nickle at 9 now. Whats ur view on pur now? How does one get exposure ! to uranium and platinum, maybe there is some in Blacrock.

Not sure if should add to poly to reduce average, or buy legal and gen 8pc divi . Its difficult to guess which will fare better as a long buy and hold.

A while back I was looking at moving out of aau to a dividend share you can own and forget, aau is even more confusing now with what may or may not become a regular divi after this stopgap one. There must be many like me.

Chief takeway, some cars on forward order can be delivered early if customers accept battery using iron not nickle
all specs same except 10 miles less range, and iron prefers charge to 100pc, compared nickle 90pc. Iron can be recharged more times.
Elon says he expects 2/3 to be iron technology 1/3 nickle.

I dont take much notice of new technologies.. except where Elon Musk is involved, he gets results, and quickly.

I guess there is room for both Nickle and iron, however all the time amc is not jv/producing/takeover there is risk of a new disruptive technology.

Sure my graph showed Nickle 5 to 9 in 18 months, it doesn't explain why there aren't interviews and shouting from the rooftops and share buying by amur directors to raise the share price. Billions of metal in the ground and more to discover for the price of a couple of London Houses !!!!1

guess there must be a reason the board wants the share price at a low when nickle is the highesat for five years.

i would have thought high div as glaxo voda lgen poly plus some ggp pur for capital appreciation and divi in a few years a better option

The only option they have now, to secure this asset is a takeover! What it goes for depends solely on shareholders! Hopefully, people won’t be stupid and take a low ball offer! This asset is very much in demand! But time will tell……

However, actually the dilution has now stopped due an interest bearing loan convertible to shares in the future, in a company selling iron ore whose price is at a high..(info for newbies)

and AH not only did a couple of fabulous interviews brimming over with enthusiasm n facts, but put a couple fof hundred thousand pounds of his own money into amc shares, and at a higher price than today.

Unfortunately we have no idea why he left as dir, and now seemingly no idea if he has sold some shares or not.

I can say i dont understand the advantage of a one off return of money to shareholders,

For a taxpayer who wants to keep their current value in aau it means.... being given the special dividend, at which the captital value falls by that amount, and putting the special divi back into aau.. ..but only about half as (unless isa/pep) half goes in tax first.

Now if a regular divi was declared that would increase the share price.
I guess the price will rise shortly following the special divi confirmation and amount.
