kitko.. stocks lower than ever price has been trending down a while, recently reversed with a higher low.
Your interpretation appreciated re the two classes, recession, supposed kitko stock etc.
In the past around this level sudden massive spikes happened.

What is the chance pur will turn around and rise, since the first gold pour it has gone down and down 140 to 7. Opinion please (not advice) if there is any chance here now of a turnaround.

this is an extraordinary share..... its still between 119 and 123 (122 today) 5.5pc divi after charges, while poly drops 90pc, glaxo hugely cuts divi, and now stalwart vod drops like a stone. Surely something this small cant be stable and safe!!! If money can go here at 5pc a year and even it doesnt increase that beats most others now. pur 140 to 8 amc 140 to 1 poly £17 TO £2

why? They have (board) managed this share really well.Sold at the right time,salaries,benefits. shrewd and intelligent, successful. Its just that our interests aren't aligned. Same as amc. So many aim companies seem to be like this. However good these companies are, the deposits story, same same same.

Irritating that whilst we wait with no drilling the board are drawing same huge salaries as before. I guess a takeover with increased share price would be bad news for them. How do you see amc if and when a negotiated sentiment to the war results. By then money probably worth 30pc or so less than it used to be.

As for glaxo.. my take is next divi 13p last 14p .. however if they have reduced the number of shares you have that means sharestimes 4 times 13 or 14p is far farl less.. am right. what happens to all the pension funds that reliedon glaxo high divi. And are and are tracker funds going to have to buy a representative holding of haleon. Its dropping.

krusty.. thats a very interesting way you look at return.. inital ammount and present declared divi as percentage. Surely if you bought shares before at say £1 a better way to look at it is present price present div percentage... as you are free to move the present value to another share and get a true comparison.

glaxo and haleon totally confusing, I want to know the divi percentage on both. If haleon not nice and high its surely worth ditching while its got all glaxos debt and buying a nice safe !!! 5-8pc yielder. mmm While polymetal drp 90% and stalwart glaxo is confusing, interesting that gore st sits at 119 120 superstable with 5pc divi. A little cofusing tho as I never undersand what the charges are. I THINK its 1.5% or so fund charge and another 1pc platform charge to hold them. Even if its only platform charge 1pc thats a big ammount of a 5pc divi.

blue.. for anyone who is buy and hold forever for the divi the trading price and no of shares surely doesn't matter, but WTF is the divi on both cos permeably as a percentage of todays price. Are we to know? or do we wait till dividend is declared.

so john.. its now impossible to sell glaxo and make a capital gain to take advantage of cap gain exemtion ammount is that right. Iv , , , on mid price opening price end price hmrc price i googled hmrc glaxo split cant find anything. You are wrong they wont be too picky its all ok UNLESS they look and its an underling you deal with who has no understanding of this stuff. . . The IMPORTANT thing for me is how much is the divi on both companies and I still havent a clue.

as the cost of buying the original stock was buying price plus tax are you saying now a mid price will be used
profit (or loss) used to be selling price minus buying price......

thanks geng... im allready postioned with amc and nickle etf, and would appreciate your nickle price updates sometimes thakyou as kiko decaling stock and declining price always confuses me. Shame the 2 nickle types haven't split. Shame our management never had major stock purchases of their own.
Now the latest issue is what to do with reliable old glaxo, now splitting off haveron with nice consumer products but unfortunately all glaxos debt... so nice for emma though a new glaxo with low divi and no debt.
Lesson from amc.. first dont invest in small aim cos.. and never never where board havent got lots of their own money invested. IF AND WHEN russia ukraine resolved wonder how 100mill co with billions of unproduced nickle stands.

For me glaxo was a forget and hold for divi.
If divi not high enough no point to hold.
Yep I know capital gain important, however it doesnt allways work out! at least with divi u can (sometimes) forget the price and take the divi..even have a rising divi...
