Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Shall we name them in the RNS then Ken, this new global T1 like we did with Veoneer when fat mike was here, it would give the price a boost 6 weeks before your ****ty placing?
No, we cannot, Imagine if Veoneer got hold of it about another collaboration like theirs with their main competitor at this crucial stage, we would be totally F*****. with the follow-up orders.
----
Our main competitors in this market include APTIV, Bosch, Continental, Denso, Magna, Mobileye/Intel (Vision software), Valeo and ZF.

Who is this then if it's not Conti ET lad, they mentioned parts supplier so conti fits this very well. Problem is they will not name them.
Taken from the update in feb
Seeing Machines has recently finalised an additional collaboration agreement with one of the largest global Tier 1 automotive parts suppliers, paving the way for more in-depth technology sharing and collaboration toward additional OEM design wins, and demonstrating continued, successful growth of Tier 1 collaborations across the industry.

It looks overbought but I'm anticipating an update which I'm guessing will be decent and might come out in the next few days hence the recent run. RNS today or Monday with a good update then breaks 200-day followed by general excitement and no sign of the old men. You don't really need charts here just look out for Statler and Waldorf, they generally appear throwing popcorn about and that is a decent time to add generally when they are arguing.
Is this connected to the low-cost NCAP hardware-agnostic version Cenkos mentioned?
"including entry level solutions targeting Euro NCAP goals"
I think on reflection that Jack was the star. Some say he did little but when you have a very tight peloton of cyclist all huddled together at the front of the race acting out of control, it's very hard to get past them no matter what you are doing. It took a fellow cyclist to enter the peloton with intention A (funding) , but really it was intention B (breakup peloton) that he was seeking.
He quietly moved in, he rode with the peloton with an open mind, then he shook them up and rode off into the sunset. My opinion of course, but something needed to happen in a legal and structured way didn't it?
"Jack has been a valued member of the Seeing Machines Board and we thank him for his energy and direction in his position as Chairman, where he oversaw a restructure of the Board and management to position the Company for future growth.
It looks to me like the price is here to allow Lombard to add another 2-3% from one of 3 II selling....that is my view anyway.
News generally comes after these deals have been done so watch the volume & 20 day i say....
155-160 million.
I think the answer to who this T1 is, can be obtained by answering yes to these questions, the desire not to name them leads many to believe they are a close rival to Veoneer.
1 Did they try to make DMS themselves?
2 Are they a competitor of Veoneer as listed on the V site*
3 Are they one of the top 5 T1 automotive suppliers
* Veoneer site states "Our main competitors in this market include, Bosch, Continental, Denso, Magna, Mobileye/Intel (Vision software), Valeo and ZF"
Klick good stuff, someone posted the entire EU document on here a few months back which highlighted at the bottom who had input into the proposed changes, I recall Leeds ITS was one of the key contributors to the research paper demonstrating to the old fellas at the EU that DMS can work. Its good to know that a benchmark for future DMS is being developed & they are using SEE in the simulator/tests, its good to know the EU listens to ITS. The Cenkos note did say this.....
"Further, we believe the company is working on a lower-priced reduced feature standardised Euro-NCAP safety focussed software package that is as hardware agonistic as possible and will be marketed to the lower end manufacturers"
I think this is quite significant if you want to sell cars in Europe, imagine if the benchmark that all OEM's had to use was based on SEE's advanced monitoring, would it make other regulators use the same benchmark? would it make OEMs stop and reconsider their existing plans for DMS switching to SEE? Would it make the Brian Blessed lookalike rush to China to do the same knowing the EU isn't the best home? It makes sense now why they spent all that time chasing Kangaroos about the track in OZ in a tesla, I think they even asked for Volunteers to get ****ed up and drive about the track, called it "cant drive ****ed"
I can see them (SEE) surprising everyone at a later date with this lower end "NCAP endorsed" bit of kit that fits easily into all systems. I feel sometimes we are already aware of the market we will get & as nelly my knowledgable elephant once said..........
"GB a big part of the market is already reserved for SEE"
I was told once that Emirates had been depriving pilots of sleep for 24 hrs then sticking them in a CAE simulator and asking them to fly...........we do seem pretty advanced here, makes sense why-mo googled us and found us....
Waymo seems to fit well with the RNS wording (fleet size/sophisticated) and this...

The chart looks a little like Bitcoin maybe this is a warning to those invested in SEYE?
Mind the gap SEYE...
It's interesting that a day after we have a much-needed shakeup, we have what seems like an activist investor emerging ensuring they are seen to be adding and becoming our major shareholder at this time. I wonder what Lombard put down as a condition of the conditional placing, did they demand 3p so that they could topple VSI by 1% and assert some demands on the BOD or is this just coincidence?
With regard to Paul and his new position, I do hope his focus on share price is placed near the top of his todo list , a business that says they cannot control the share price is somewhat correct, but things like a major II adding the day after a shakeup and reporting it swiftly is pretty good......just a shame they went from 4% to 10% without a single TR1 proving to me that SEE or the Nomad was pretty sh*t at notifications, I say that as I often see Lombard adding and notifying correctly elsewhere and countless times someone buys see and its not reported ...so slap on the wrist and pat on the back for that one SEE.....
"The SP is acting quite odd"
ET, I don't think it is, it's done exactly what the chart said it would do. Numbers and systems like patterns they spot them and use them...
Whatever your opinion there was a lot of unexplained "no news" volume around the 9th May which cannot be ignored, so i am taking that as a sign that something happened and it will be communicated within 2 months of that date which seems to be the norm reflecting on previous summer journeys. Volume looked too high just to be a technical rise.....
"Maplin... I've no idea why see still push fleet as much as they do"
VSI maybe?
Am I the only one with images of an alien on a bike saying ET phone home? someone said today "a big VAG order would be good" and i was giggling like Finbarr Saunders....come on we want some VAG.
Hunter Hall part 2 it appears, the question is which one is selling out/reducing this time,........its far easier to look after your existing customers than have to continually find new ones. A 3p placing suggests that this doesnt have the support of all II's. I'm waiting for some decent technical indicators, there will be bottom feeders here.
ET, SEE technology is far superior to SE, this is proven in the Defense and Military applications SEE has. Defense is top (head) , military is a step below (nipples), auto is about testicle level. Ask Toyota engineers what they think of the two or ask FCA and Veoneer who ditched SE.....cannot argue with that, they are your fellow countrymen too. Not great if you lose Volvo also.........SEE have not revealed who that T1 they are collaborating with is..........why is that?
The best technology will win and for that you have to look at what the Germans have gone with for the next generation. Management can be replaced in a very short time. Veoneer ditched SE and so did the Germans and FCA.......CAT selected SEE so they all know better than we do. I’ve told management today what I think they could do to make wins clearer. If they invite me to Singapore to a board meeting I will attend as long as I can wear my flip flops.
