Sorry shareholders we have decided to issue you an RNS about fleet and how the product has some issues causing a 35% drop in price, but right about the same time we have this new product called BDMS, is just a different name for the one we said we stopped we probably get 5-10k for just one unit and the likes of A W U (L5 brigade) really need it and will pay this so resource went into this. We're sorry we mugged you and forgot to say that we are planning to put fovio chip into some major fleet managers software which is really profitable but will tell you about this on the 19th so some of you can worry a bit more......have a nice day......
yes and we did say a few weeks ago about the rather odd mention of the 1.3b KM on the same day waymo said it had clocked up 5m, and that it probably meant that they were doing something with silicon valley....come on chaps just come out and say it and stop these smoke and mirrors.
Totally agree, I’ve read far too many emails and spoken to far too many people about issues in fleet surrounding parts, distributors and the rest. I’m sure it’s too much for SEE despite some people’s opinions of the BOD. If they said fleet was all about capturing data to perfect fovio and we had no interest in making thousands of plastic bits then it could have been different. Jack B, TT electronics can make this after your cheap buyout of stadium so get in there, who knows TT could be a part of the big diversity plan too. Total incompetence or brilliance? Jobs or coogan?

I just hope that see communicate their wins as quick as they communicate their free shares, we usually wait 2-3 months from our belief we have won XYZ to SEE issuing an RNS, now we have SEE issuing free shares 3 months early and giving Mike some shares that lapsed in July.

A few things, early this year and article appeared about BMW and that forced SEE to make a statement, what was said in that statement was "yeh we are dealing with someone not sure of it will come off" kind of stuff. A short while later RNS German premium, you might have seen BMW discussed on here with some feeling very strongly BMW was going ahead in January. A comment was made in an article about SEE having discussions with parents, the price was rising swiftly and nothing was said, maybe the writer should have been more specific, maybe he still should, maybe he has been silenced like CG have. Share awards have been brought forward 3 months this year and some key staff were given some free shares a few months ago. Important to remember this im sure it will be forgotten. Enjoy summer.....
It says they sold some but retained 4.73% i think, So when L&G added there was no RNS but when they sold we got an RNS. Now the same with Miton..... and some people are still saying that see is not appearing to want to keep the price in a zone? Imagine if the RNS from Nick mentioning an additional OEM win was not a mistake and SEE had actually won another OEM but not said....wow that would make you think about elephants again.....park that one

I believe that SEE have also met a few other PI's in the last few months with decent holdings, my own understanding is that they are very open and very receptive to PI's who are constructive and offer advice, they do value their opinions. Some PI have also visited distributors and monitoring centres, generally they have been very generous with their time. Some PI's have introduced clients to them.

Me too, i'm not here for anything ATM other than that which is why i hardly do any further research as i think the writing is on the Cannacord wall, the management are struggling with the enormous task here and obviously they have put themselves up for sale in November (GC)....... how can you compete in an area where people like Veoneer get given $1b to spend and recruit 200 engineers, we dont have the money to grow this and it needs a parent within 6 months or newsflow puts it out of reach to many, its just got too big too fast....... bring on the vertical integration please, BUT at a fair price.
Good luck to anyone with the 2020 dreams of a dividend and ARM 2 valuations but i cannot see it happening, too many vehicles will need this and at $20-50 a vehicle a T1 will snap it up, 30% of global cars Ken says (maybe).....thats about $720m pa in revenue so we get taken out before 2019-2020. Im sure there will be more to talk about in August, its summer, summer feels good this year. Yes i think that is likely but RNS in a few days maybe, i think this one (China) might be a Tesla rival with German heritage.
Its not just an individual on this BB who takes a step way too far sometimes, even people like Uber make colossal mistakes thinking they are smart and know best but have totally misjudged things. Human intervention will almost always be needed in my lifetime and i'm all for technology but as we have said many times there are processes and procedures you have to go through, question is, is SEE now beginning to appear as a must have for Uber and the other L5 explorers? You can make up your own mind on that one but this looks very warm don't you think?

I think for some people who have joined this journey off the back of RNS's about Merc, BMW, Ford then they might be surprised just how much work has been put into aviation and how much data has been gathered in Level 5 full flight simulators using our partners such as Emirates, Toll, Large global freight carrier in US. Crews have been forced to stay awake for 30 hrs and then put into simulators, we hold masses of data.
Strategy wise i think the BOD have got it correct and it has taken the markets years to begin to work out what they have been doing............the data we hold now and expand on daily is very valuable, as Jack says........
Don't take the obvious path, be sceptical, drop your ego, listen, stay close to your stakeholders, and act with integrity.
Im exceptionally interested and excited in seeing what happens from here, i'm more than comfortable we have made it, but lets keep the poker faces on and leave some free seats at the table for anyone to join the game.
If we have not been sold or received a bid thats accepted before 1.1.19 then Jack starts as chairman and we go it alone and rule out anything sub 30p. Until that point Jack is probably helping Ken weigh up some options they have (with/without parent). We are shareholders we decide what happens here, they can only make recommendations.
If i bought SEE i might want my own boys & girls in there sorting things out so unwise to give a CEO job to someone that might not be around for long......just another view.
Beef did Ken say it was ok to mention the record 5500 units in week 1 as i have been sitting on my hands for 2 weeks about this? I was told some PR might be coming out hence why i am a bit P off about this berenberg stuff going on.

No i'm not suggesting this, i just took exception to the way the whole 3-6 months prior to the TT & Stadium deal developed as i studied it. I think the management at SG wanted a specific outcome during a challenging period and did their best to force that outcome on shareholders. We are ok here management know their shareholders are on the ball and have eyes and ears everywhere, they also support them with suggestions and advice. Its always a two way thing.
Yes just remember these huge opportunities they keep mentioning and the huge value that they have created in data. Huge is what we want but if we get a TT Electronics & Stadium Group type deal then that is not huge, that is poor.
