Without covid this would not be the case.

Give it a month or two and we will be well on our way to P3 data.

Likewise the vaccine trials will be on their way to some more sensible and credible numbers.

You can’t vaccinate everyone for numerous reasons for both logistical and medical reasons.

TC101 - I agree most here came for Covid and a lot will be spooked by today’s price action and move on to pastures new.

I’m curious to see the reaction tomorrow seems like the ups and downs have been overdone today.

Would not be surprised if the headline data today gets revised downwards once more of it is available far too early to be shouting from the rooftops with that sample size.

I’d put my money on the vaccine requiring boosters every 6months maybe more frequently.

In times like these it’s often best to do nothing.

SNG001 stimulates our bodies natural reaction to fighting off viruses.

It’s not designed to specifically fight Covid therefore this reaction to today’s headlines is well overdone IMO.

There will always be viruses thus always a market for SNG.

I took some more today below £1 which are already in profit.

I expect this to recover in the coming weeks as the reality dawns that this vaccine is one small piece of a larger puzzle.

I don’t have the pension issue but I have a CGT issue my ISA is stuffed full of SNG, and I have far too many in a normal S&S account.

Usain - I’m sorry indeed you did not put a timescale the purpose of my discussion was just to point out what might be a realistic timescale.

Gooner - For me I’m biased the other way looking to shift the bias towards TILs Q1 2021.

I agree the TILs portfolio is exciting.

Whimax - it’s a good RNS and clearly shows there is a scale up plan which can be acted upon if Efficacy is proven.

Where it differs from SNG is that no cash has been specifically committed yet to those activities.

Probably because SNG had the benefit that they where already most of the way through an existing P2 and had a bit of a gamble that their Covid trial would be good.

Then subsequently raised 80mil in advanced of P3 half of which is assigned to manufacturing scale up.

Something that was raised by SNG when they justified the 80mil raise was that manufacturing slots are filling up globally for medical resources.

I’m not sure if ultimately TiILS will need medical grade syringes but the competition for these is high due to the huge vaccine programs globally.

I have no doubt TILS have the desire to push things forward as quickly as possible but these are strange times and there are many external activities which will compete for resources.

I really like TILS by the way, but I fell into the trap with SNG in underestimating the time it takes to get to market even with stellar P2 results.

We can all agree if TiLS replicate the SNG efficacy it would be fantastic for the company.

This is exactly what is happening at SNG however ASAP is still 6months after P2 results.

To get EUA’s you need a serious manufacturing plan and capacity.

There has been no mention of any manufacturing plan in any of the RNS statements conversely SNg since day 1 has raised funds to validate manufacturing and bring scale.

I’m sorry to be negative but I think you are a bit deluded if you think successful P2 will overnight bring EUA.

Just trying to be realistic on time scales here.

Successful P2 will be a great foundation for Tils 2021 program.

Whimax - whilst I don’t disagree with your comments, experience tells me that you should not expect too much off the back of a good set of results from this P2.

It is a very small trial.

Take SNG as an example they had a bigger P2 with fantastic results backed up with an equally sized P2 in COPD.

Sure they are on the fast track for a large P3 in 20countries and have fast track status in the UK which gives them priority access to trial patients.

Even with all of that they are looking at possible approval in Q1 2021 an amazingly short 9-12 months since the beginning of their P2 trial for Covid.

It’s a long road ahead for Tils but they do have a promising pipeline but a bit of realism is required on timelines.

Bella - It will be fascinating to see the eventual owners of the 80mil placing shares hopefully not too long to wait.

Reality is Stem has a real immediate value hence the desire of many investors to get the Stem shares prior to floatation.

The rest of the portfolio is promising but it is still at the research stage.

The Brazil news was timed to lessen the blow but frankly the intentions to run a trial had been expressed before. Whilst the speed in which they are aiming to conduct the trial is welcomed it is still only a P2 trial which will then need to be backed up in a larger P3 study so some way off.

TILS time will come but it’s a bottom drawer investment for me currently check back in 6months.

How many of the companies that have announced Covid Trials have produced a data set yet?

There is a long list of companies who raised cash and promised trial data that is yet to materialise.

Bringing a drug to market takes time, RM & Co are on track to achieve this in record time.

A perfect storm here for SNG the company has positioned themselves expertly to capitalise on the unfortunate events unfolding.

On the topic of bargains at the beginning of the crisis I did well buying AZN @£64 and ABDP @£8.

I’m not sure AZN will drop this time around but there are bound to be a few shares that will become collateral damage of the news presenting very good buying op’s

Mattw007 - I received 100% of my oversubscription. I asked for and additional 1500 above my allowance.

I assume the open offer included II’s and perhaps they took shares in the £80mil so there was actually plenty of spare shares for PI’s.

Dumping half my Tils first thing Monday if no news released other than Stem demerger.

This is a great long term play but this could easily drift towards £1 with no timelines on the next inflection point.
