These resistance and support levels are not set in stone.

We can only guess and react to changes.

The long term view looks great I tend to avoid worrying about the short term.

Reading some of the comments here it’s obvious why PI’s are often excluded from placings.

I happily filled my boots at £1.75 because it is injecting extra cash into the coffers.

I am equally happy to buy more on the open market sub £1.7 relieving inpatient PI’s of their shares.

WelshFalcon - Well said, it is truly remarkable what Synairgen have achieved in the last 12months and it has been transformative for the company and share holders.

I’m looking forward to the next 12months.

Nolupus - I think the trial will run to completion but any signals to the data monitoring committee will trigger emergency authorisation IMO.

CR1909 - SNG has always run a tight ship. Typically RM’s video interviews provide the most insight on top of the RNS’s.

Keep in mind the phase 3 could be stopped early if there are signs of strong efficacy. With 2 treatment arms vs 1 placebo data will be gathered fast.

Punit - Depends how you account deals with the funds.

I’m with the share centre if I don’t have the available funds in my account when the offer share transaction takes place I won’t get allocated the shares.

In the mean time if I buy shares with the cash they can’t stop me.

I spent some of the cash I had put aside for additional offer shares on shares on the open market today since the price is better.

I know I bang on about SNG001 having a multitude of use cases.

For me it’s the key to why this drug will be a multi billion dollar treatment.

It was very interesting to hear RM discuss the avenues a future owner of the drug may choose to go down.

On top of the obvious, Covid, COPD, Asthma, prophylactic his mention of Premature Babies really caught my attention.

Some serious confidence in the safety profile of the drug right there.

Interesting, I’ve been allocated Shares to both my ISA and S&S account however I have the funds available in my ISA to purchase the lot in a tax free wrapper, I’m hoping they allow me to do this.

The ISA complication is interesting.

I would have thought the open offer would be fully subscribed however there may be instances where the holder simply has no spare cash in their ISA wrapper to take up the offer.

Which means there may well be shares going spare.

Only the other day people where talking up how great it was that FARN had not self funded a study for Covid.

This is a big lesson, if you want something done right often you need to stump up the cash and do it properly yourself.

If FARN had run their own trial under their supervision and designed around their drug the results might be different, as it stands months of time and 2000 doses of drug have been wasted on a study that has damaged the companies standing.

I’m with the share centre and my offer shares have shown up split between my ISA and my S&S account in accordance with number of shares held in each.

When available to purchase I’ll be taking the lot I’m also going to email my broker to see if I can apply for any leftovers which although highly unlikely is worth a shot.

Miggy, Woodstock - I doubt I will ever make another investment as fruitful as SNG. I will hold for as long as it takes unless something materially changes.

Soulected - Yes sadly that does not look great.

Saxondale - Probably would have been quicker if FARN had control of their own trial I’m not sure the cost saving is worth it to be honest.

jint - IMO a larger II holding will bring more stability to the share.

Most likely there are tax/liquidity reasons.

I’ve received generous option packages in my current role and have had occasion where I have sold a few to cover liabilities even though I was certain the share price in 6mo the time would be significantly higher.

I guess RM & Co are entitled to the open offer? Or perhaps even the main placing.

Exercise and dump options at say £2 to then buy back at £1.75 in the placing.

Previous placing caused a lot of angst amongst shareholders, we didn’t get a high quality of II involved, no lock and we suffered a period of pain before ultimately smashing it out of the park.

Result of first placing was a net positive.

This new placing is likely to bring on board quality II, who will be locked in for 180days which is likely enough time to see the phase 3 to completion.

It has the makings of a much better placing, I expect the company to smash it out of the park again.

I’m very interested to see if Venrock take a significant chunk.

The detail in the RNS makes for good reading and clearly shows the phenomenal work RM & Co have done since July.

They have a clear production plan:
- Formulation Manufacture
- Secondary Fill

They have a global Phase 3 trial supported by the FDA and have selected a delivery device.

The announcement exhumes confidence they are going all out for production volume Q1 2021 even before the pivotal trial has begun.

I can now see why Numis had a bull case of £50, SNG have a brilliant shot at taking this all the way to market. 100% owned and 100% de-risked will certainly warrant multi billion valuations.

Rasher77 - I agree that ultimately the health cost due to lockdown may surpass the direct health costs due to covid.

But it is a balancing act, if the virus runs rampant the NHS gets flooded and cannot service the routine appointments which will cause years of backlog.

The impossible decision is who’s life do you prioritise? I would not want to be faced with this decision.
