SNG001 was developed to trigger the bodies natural interferon response to fight off viruses.

Targeting COPD made sense because this cohort are particularly susceptible to falling critically ill from such viruses.

We are not a cure for COPD or Asthma, we are a drug that stimulates the body to fight off viruses.

To put it into context Polar first appeared on Morningstar months before they crossed the 3% threshold and we received their fort TR1.

So whilst I concede there is out of date data there it is the new data that is most interesting.

It will be interesting to hear how easy your parents find the process of administering the drug.

Looking at the drug expiry date it could be from the batch produced originally for the COPD trial.

As mentioned previously use the major shareholders section of the Synairgen website for accurate data on who is above the 3% threshold.

Then use the Morningstar data with a pinch of salt. It’s not 100% accurate but it does give a good idea of who is joining the party.

Eyepaul - It overlaps with SNG since we in theory we are also suitable for immunocompromised patients.

Our USP is that in theory SNG001 will work for a broad spectrum of viral pathogens and is unaffected by mutations.

The drug in question is very targeted so whilst potential perfectly designed for the current strain of covid it could be rendered useless by an event such as the mink cross infection.

AZN is pivotal to the governments vaccine plans they pinned their flag many moons ago when they signed up to 100mil doses.

They covered their backs by securing token amounts of other vaccines but AZN is really their game plan.

Trouble is there is no money in making vaccines.

So the kick back has to come from somewhere, AZN are involved in the testing labs and now have EUA for a treatment of sorts.

Doesn’t surprise.

If you think SNG will get left on the shelf after P3 results are in think again.

At the very worst you might even see the government instruct AZN to acquire us.

I know it’s painful to watch all this news around us but it wa always coming.

If you believe the science the data will rule out eventually and we are so much more than just the covid pandemic if you understand that you understand why I will continue to hold and acquire at sensible levels into the new year.

It’s not the governments that we should be concerned with.

If you listen to the dialogue around vaccines the government is deferring to the regulators.

SNG have excellent dialogue with the regulators and once that hurdle is clear I’m sure the orders will land like a tsunami.

Perhaps you should wait and see what comes of our involvement with operation warp speed...

I’ve found the dialogue from RM & Co to be precise and factual.

They do what they say what more can you ask for from the board.

I think too many PI’s expect news every minute, rumours get started that grow and end up raising expectations.

The majority of yesterday’s news was already available to Pi’s nevertheless it was nice to get some clarification that the situation has not changed.

Next piece of news is likely to be confirmation P3 trial has begun.

Until then sit back and relax and let the board do what they do best.

Andym - I think the issue is rumour mills on boards like this, the PI often gets ahead of their self we are all guilty of it.

The webinar today added minimal extra information, what it did do wash quash many rumours good and bad that had got out of control recently.

The smart money will use the next few months to accumulate at a sensible price here. Short term weakness in the share price suits my agenda perfectly, the long term outlook here is fantastic.

I will be happier when we get the nod that P3 has started. We are thoroughbred under starting orders.

Once the gates open we can go like two clappers to fill that trial and we have the best team to do that.

I’m just hoping I reach my target holding before the next inflection point. Building on a monthly basis on any weakness.

Trial size is 120 patients, if recruitment rate is 2 per day should be full end of November. Dosing 14 days plus follow up trial likely to finish end of December early January.

Just a thought if the presentation is outside of market hours it is possible for information that is market sensitive to be shared and RNS’d in the morning?
