So what do we think comes next a larger P2 or straight to a P3?

Lola - This is a highly speculative small cap investment you cannot expect 1000% rise potential without risk.

There will always be other treatments competing in the same market and if they come from household names such as AZN and GSK expect pre-orders too.

There are various reasons why I think SNG is a better treatment than the two you have presented we have discussed this to death for months.

The market is huge if we secure 1/10th of the market we will be seeing ££’s here.

Relax and enjoy the ride or invest in GSK or AZN for a stable dividend but much reduced gains.

As with all these sources of info though they are only a snapshot with some out of date info.

It would be lovely to have an accurate list but I very much doubt it exists and if it did it would be behind and expensive paywall.

Morningstar are a very good funds website I believe they get their numbers by reviewing all of the monthly fund updates and identify in the change in holdings.

Does anyone subscribe to simply wall street services? I’d be interested to know what people make of their paid for content.

I often see a lot of bot generated share tips articles with their name on it. I wonder if their paid for content is of better quality.

I doubt simply Wall Street have access to enough data to give a reliable figure for starters Polar hold 8.8% not the 7.5% quoted.

Tatty - I very much doubt PI’s are the majority shareholding there will be numerous II’s under the 3% threshold.

Sam - Israel seem to be cracking on with vaccinations pretty effectively.

White-Rabbit - If your in a S&S ISA you are fine and have nothing to worry about.

I have shares also in a normal account, after April I can Bed and ISA (sell shares in a SS account and transfer cash to ISA) some more shares to protect future gains.

SeaBoy - For what it’s worth I think the route will be very clear for SNG on a successful P3.

After phase 2 I don’t think the company really knew if they had done enough to receive EUA. They have now been around the block with the regulators and it’s clear that the plan is in place expecting a successful P3.

So I expect a very clear roadmap when the time comes which should help settle the nerves of Pi’s.

SeaBoy - I’m holding until a JV/licensing or Takeover.

I’d review the terms of any JV/license deal and most likely cash in a proportion of my holding.

Takeover would be a nice clean break.

I will not be selling any before these events other than a quick trade in April to try and limit CGT if the market suits this.

SeaBoy - All purely speculation but since it’s a new year, my guess is mid March P3 readout, shipping product April.

SNG as we know it ceases to exist Q3.

March - May share price between £4 - £6

Chris - Exactly also the end game here is very different to NCYt who are trying to grow their business through acquisition and R&D.

Whereas we are openly seeking to sell up or partner with a major player at the right price.

This means with SNG you could rapidly see true market value being achieved.

TedB - I’ve never gone short in my life call me old school or ideological but I really despise the fact that you can short sell.

It is essentially profiting at the expense of others misfortune.

I invest in companies that I want to see do well because I believe in management, the products and the long term value.

Obviously I’m out to make money but I’m also interested in supporting the company so by making fewer trades and reliably holding stock from reasonably entry points I can hopefully add some small stability to the price.

I don’t begrudge people trading in and out but I’m not a fan of short sellers.

Zwart - The share enjoyed a blue run into Christmas, we received a fantastic RNS loaded with news.

We now have a period of waiting for the next news which will be First dose, hopefully imminently. I don’t think this will have the sustained kick people expect.

Then we have another period of waiting, most likely next piece of news is HomeTrial filled. Followed by hopefully a half way update on P3 trial or more realistically last patient last dose RNS.

For the next few months there will be periods of share price growth and periods of retraction it’s how share prices build.

I expect the overall trend to be positive.

Meelie - I’m actually a prolific shorter deep undercover playing the long game...

You have to laugh at some of the characters on these boards.

Lots of negativity on the board today, we are an easy target for scaremongering.

By the looks of it it started over the Christmas period to sow seeds of doubt and has continued.

We had a great run pre Christmas expect a bit of weakness as we drift again there will be some great buying opportunities presenting themselves over the coming weeks.

If you had bought in at 80p you could have made upwards of 60% profit in a mater of days.

I believe in the long game here so I look at these pull backs as the opportunity they are.

Keep some powder dry so you can enjoy the dips rather than hate them.

Glen - fairly balanced summary there. Might I add that time to discharge is a very lumpy measure.

If your wards are full you might let go of patients a bit early, whereas if your wards are under utilised you might hold onto patients for a few extra days.

Bobminor - My money is on SNG having been commercialised and sold off before ORPH take that drug to market.

I look at that and think if the virus stays at this level it will take ORPH 2 years to get approval assuming the trials go well.

We have to expect that we will get a grip of this thing and start working out ways to live with it so 3-4 years at best for ORPH.

All IMO of course.

Alinz - I think it’s best that people contact qualified tax advisors if they are unsure, I’ve certainly confused myself and would like to retract my previous statement oh for an edit button.

One things for sure whilst the money is in the wrapper it’s tax free.
